Stayed Nov 25, 2025Upstairs bedrooms were fine. Bathrooms were older with some issues. Downstairs family space was a bit crowded with older furniture. Unable to access free or streaming TV.Very large backyard. Well stocked kitchen. Convenient location for us so it worked out well for our family.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025Our stay at this Santa Barbara Foothills home was excellent. The house is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The large garden with outdoor seating was nice for relaxing. The washer, dryer, and parking made things convenient, and it’s pet-friendly, which worked well for our dogs. The location is close to Santa Barbara attractions. The hosts were friendly and great to work with. Would definitely book again.

Stayed Dec 24, 2024When looking for a place to spend the holidays, we look for coziness and convenience. This property and the hosts filled the bill. It was easy to access and just as described in the listing. And the hosts went to extra step to even include a bit of holiday lighting and decor! Communication with the hosts was easy and helpful. We would definitely consider returning in the future!

Stayed Jun 15, 2023The house was very nice, clean, comfortable, and has a lovely back yard. Two bedrooms face a busy road but it quiets down at night. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of cooking and eating utensils, pots, pans, plates, etc. We had a minor issue with the icemaker and some kitchen outlets not working, but these were easily worked around. Overall the house was perfect for our trip to celebrate our daughter's UCSB graduation.
