Beautiful Federal Hill home!

Great location. Layout worked perfectly for us. Would definitely stay again! As in the description, spiral staircases might be challenging for some. Street parking in front of home was not always available and there is a prep school across the street which limits street parking on part of the street during the day.

Everything went smooth at check in and they were flexible when check out. So Nice location and perfect for 3 adults. Thank you for a great stray.

My stay was fabulous. The host was very communicative and went out of their way to make sure I could drop my bag off early before heading to the convention center on the first day of my trip. When I first entered the house, there was a chirping noise (maybe a fire alarm with a low battery?), but as soon as I messaged the host, they came to fix it immediately. Everything was nice and clean and comfy. The sauna worked great. The neighborhood was very walkable and safe. 5/5. Loved it!

Not sure where to start. The property manager gave me 3 different addresses for the property. My niece fell down the stairs going into the house. The property manager said he was “busy “ getting his children ready for Halloween and was too distracted to give me the correct address and code to enter. We drove around for over 1 hour to find the house. The stairs were sooooooo unsafe for anyone over 60 or children. There were dirty sponges in the stairs from the cleaning crew. Said there was a parking spot and a hot tub, but it was for another property he managed. Terrible experience.

The location was great for walking around Federal Hill. Parking was easy. The layout of the house was quite strange and could have used a little more cleaning but everything else was fine.

Stephen was the consummate host. Professional and communicative. House is precisely as advertised. Pictures represent the home accurately. Centrally located to everything you could need for your stay. Would highly recommend. Will stay here again.

The location was convenient. The decor and general upkeep/cleanliness weren’t the best, if I’m honest. That said, the neighborhood was nice to explore and we had a nice time. Thanks!

The location was great. Overall property was good. There were a few maintenance issues that the owners may not be aware of, the tub did not drain well, the upstairs toilet did not quit running unless the handle was jiggled, the downstairs toilet did not flush unless the handle was held down. The refrigerator was very noisy, sounded like it was going to quit. The carpet on the stairs and the bedroom was filthy. A full length mirror would be a nice touch. Great location and lovely house, large enough for a family of four. Great base for exploring Baltimore and further afield.
