Beautiful family beach townhome getaway

This property was perfect for our group. Directly across from a beach access, walking distance. Property was clean and full of all the amenities needed and we were very comfortable.

Great location, around the corner from beach access and across the street from a restaurant. House was clean and commutation was great.

Host was extremely welcoming and responsive. Mattress in one of the guest rooms needed replaced, as one of our guests was extremely uncomfortable. The condo pool is not heated and in a shady area, so the water is way too cold to swim in October (when our stay was).

We had a great time. The kitchen was very nice. Wish the bedrooms had televisions.

Angela is very nice and easy to work with. The location is just a short walk across the street to the beach.

My mom, sister and our kids all came in for a three night four day stay. Several in our group had never been to the area before. The condo was clean and just a short easy walk to the beach. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Parking was tight bc our vehicles were large SUV/truck but it worked. The host was easily accessible and answered all my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Ample space for many, yet, welcoming to few. Good location to beach and a nice walk in the neighborhood...including to Egans Creek to see the eagles' nest!

Hosts were very attentive and responsive. Location is excellent with a two minute walk to beach. Couches are a bit saggy and uncomfortable, but other furniture is adequate. All in all, a nice dog friendly location for a stay on Amelia.

I and my family of 8 stayed at this little beach town home for a week! It was a quaint little place that was just big enough to house all 8 of us. This was 4 adults and 4 children so the two double bunk beds and two kings fit just right. All amenities were as expected and it was a really nice touch to have the beach cart cause that would have been a nightmare going to the beach without it. I believe the only issue we had was the door to the back patio was very difficult to open. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend a nice little vacation in Fernandina.
