Beautiful Crystal Lake at Our Casa De Lago

Great location, close to Crystal Mountain and Frankfurt. Great lakefront view!

Overall a lovely stay in a beautiful area & we will be returning! Some notes - there are some minor inaccuracies in the listing/auto-emails from Vrbo. NEED TO BRING: sheets and towels. This is in the listing but is very easy to miss, especially since it's not so common for vacation rentals. Everything else you'd need is provided (maybe bring your favorite knives if you're a cook - we could only find one). YES they have (good!) WiFi. For some reason the auto-emailer from Vrbo says they don't have internet, even though it's in the listing. YES they have amenities like hand soap, tissues, toilet paper, even shampoo, paper towels, coffee filters, etc. Another discrepancy from the Vrbo auto-emailer. KEYS: the auto-emailer from Vrbo mentions keys, but they currently use a keypad. Follow the email you get from Jack & Sue directly! The lake access was pristine, there was even firewood for us to use in the pit (we got rained out, sadly). Dock is well-maintained and it's a gorgeous morning view with coffee! Very easy walk to downtown Beulah and a quick drive to Frankfort & point Betsie to get your rock-hounding in. Hoping to make this an annual tradition!

Very cozy cottage with great location! Comfy beds, clean and well equipped. Beautiful dock area and beach with chairs. So nice to be able to bring our little dog.

Great location with lake access, nice dock, available kayak, games to play on the beach, fire pit.Mattresses in bedrooms comfortable. Nice view of lake from the cottage. Did not like level of cleanliness as had to clean every dish, pan and utensils we used which detracted from comfort in the cottage. Cabinet dresser rod on side fell off as brushed against it which didn’t impact its use but spoke to its condition.

The property was perfect for our stay. We loved being so close to the beach and just a short bike ride from town, and the house had a cozy up-north feel. We hope to be back next year!

Great place for a family vacation!

Our family loved the cottage so much we booked next year. It’s Charming and comfortable with lovely views of the lake. Very family friendly! So kind of them to share this great place!

Beautiful property, fantastic location. Very clean and owners were accessible. Beulah is a gem of a small town-i can’t wait to go back. The property was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 kids (13, 10, 8). We may bring the dog next time-would rent again.
