Great place and convenient location. No issues finding street parking.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Mike was easy to reach via text and vey responsive the couple of times we contacted him. Great place to stay when visiting SF.

Great host - very communicative. Very well equipped apartment, it had everything we needed. The location was well connected to public transport. Although street parking was available, it was at times difficult to get a spot nearby to load/unload the car with kids stuff. You could also hear the apartment above, so they must also been able to hear us with the kids!

The host was extremely helpful and quick to solve some problems during check-in.We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment.The neighbourhood is very calm and street parking is easy.

My Mother and I stayed at this cozy first floor apartment. Check in and out were easy. It was conveniently located near public transit, a few shops and some restaurants. The kitchen had enough place settings and space to accommodate 5 people for diner. We had to change plans at the last minute when my in-laws lost power during the city wide outage 12/20/25. The apartment was still fully operational! It had all the tools, pots and pans we needed to host an impromptu holiday meal! The beds were comfy and the bathroom was plenty accommodating for two adults.

The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and convenient to stores, restaurants, and public transportation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe; we felt fine walking home from the bus or streetcar at night. We rented bicycles and were able to ride along the beach and through Golden Gate Park, and even across the Golden Gate Bridge. Mike was very accommodating and helpful, although we didn’t need much because the apartment was very pleasant and “as advertised.” We would certainly love to stay here again!

It's a pretty nice place, couple of blocks from MUNI train and bus stops that can get you anywhere you want to go. Parking was challenging at times; guests are not allowed to use the driveway, and street parking can be scarce.Understand that this is a basement apartment; it is certainly nice, cozy, accurately advertised and a pretty good value, but reviews saying it's amazing or exceptional are, in my opinion, a bit exaggerating. If you're expectations are calibrated, though, it's a nice stay.

Property was clean and well furnished. the check in instructions were clear and easy. ealy walk to coffee shop. I will check for availability next time I'm in San Francisco to visit my son

Great location and rental. Everything was clean and there were extras of bathroom supplies/kitchen items that were left and available to use. Loved the neighborhood!

Comfortable, good location, good communication and response time.

My wife and college son stayed here during his spring break and it served as a great base camp for our activities in SF. Short walk to train stop for transport into the city, and close to some great restaurants on Taraval St. Was clean and well maintained. Owner was great to communicate with and was extremely accommodating, which was much appreciated. Overall a great experience!

My Daughter and her 2 sons truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We absolutely loved the neighborhood!!! Many good restaurants and cafes on Taraval, which is a block walk away. Everyone we encountered were very friendly. We prefer to use public tansportion in the Bay Area, and both bus and train lines were also accessible on Taraval. Our host, Mike, was also super! There were a couple of minor issues during our stay and he addressed those immediately! The entire stay was very nice!

This property was perfect for our stay. Mike responded quickly to questions. Location was within easy driving distance to wharf, restaurants, parks, and Golden Gate Bridge. Would recommend!

The property is in a great location. There’s not much parking on the actual street, but the streets that run perpendicular have plenty of parking and are just a short walk. The unit was clean, but could use a deep clean behind the beds & furniture. The site says that there is a dryer, but you are not allowed to use the washer/dryer unless you are staying longer than seven days. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly.

Loved our stay in this lovely rental in the sunset district. Great location near 19th Ave and near Sigmund Stern Grove. Host was clear and responsive. House was clean and comfy.

The apartment in Parkside was ideal for our stay in San Francisco.The accommodation was comfortable and welcoming ,allowing us to meet up with different family members.I would highly recommend it fir a short stay in San Francisco .

Neighboorhood is great & safe, but inaccurate description of stay. Its a basement apartment and entrance is in an ally. Bathroom tub and toilet are very old and had a yellow stain. The apartment has a food smell 24/7 and its very overwhelming. Lastly, tenants upstairs made a lot of noise and were running around at all odd times, making it hard to sleep!

Absolutely loved our accommodations!! It was everything we needed for our four day race trip to SF! Location allowed for a nice 1.7 mile run to the ocean!! Host was great ! Definitely a place we would book again!

Two full bedrooms in a charming neighborhood with decent parking was a good find. Neighbors a little noisy at times and the kitchen could use a fry pan with a lid that fits. The owner is great and very accommodating. We were very pleased with this little gem of a property.
