In very pleasant countryside, a beautiful barn conversion with approx. 450m² of living space on 1.6 hectares of land. It has 14 bedrooms (2 en-suite), a salon with cathedral ceiling, a large kitchen and all you need to have a wonderful week - a heated pool, volleyball and badminton net, pool table, table tennis table, bbq, 8 bikes, & a small weights room etc. For the younger guests, a paddling pool & sand pit will keepthem entertained for hours. You get exclusive access with no-one else staying on the entire property.

It is a minimum of 7 nights and a maximum of 14 nights in July and August and there is a minimum of 3 nights notice to book.

The reason is that it costs us €700 to clean the house and grounds before, and then another €700 to clean the house and grounds after the stay, and then there are costs for gas, electricity, water, linen, bedding, gardener, pool cleaning, rubbish, tax etc. The costs to run the house are a lot so we need to have a minimum number of nights. Apologies

*New for 2026* However outside of July and August we can now reduce the minimum number of nights to 3 at a cost of 3000 €, but you would need to bring your own linen, bedding and towels. You would also need to clean the house and grounds after or pay an additional 300 € to cover this. We hope this gives people more flexibility. Check-in and check-out times are more flexible for weekend stays outside of July and August.

Excellent holiday in a fantastic house. We were a party of five families, all friends, and our respective children. The house is so well equipped for a large group, with lots of bedrooms and living rooms throughout. The week was extremely hot and we barely left the house. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped but yr pool and barn room are the real stars. The children rarely got bored and the layout means that you can keep an eye on all the kids and also relax yourself. The property owners were great at communicating, and very welcoming. We had a lovely welcome pack on arrival, and it all felt very warm and friendly. An excellent property and would come again in A heartbeat.
