The Cottage
A beautiful 2 bedroom semi-detached cottage, equipped to a high standard and perfectly located in the heart of Swanage.

Conveniently situated just a few minutes walk from the stunning beach, bustling town and fabulous restaurants yet with easy access to explore the rest of the Jurassic Coast.

Dining
As you enter the cottage you step into the fully equipped kitchen/diner. Hang up your coats, remove your shoes and prepare to relax in this comfortable space. Everything you need to cook up a storm is on hand, along with a dishwasher to clean it all up. There is a Smeg fridge freezer to store all your fresh food and plenty of cupboard storage for dried goods. A microwave and washer/drier are also available. The kitchen hosts a Bose system to play your favourite tunes or just sit back at the dining table and watch your choice of program on the television complete with Sky.

Lounging
The lounge has two comfortable sofas and an armchair in which to relax. There is soft lighting and a flatscreen television. Board games, books and a selection of DVD's can be found in the beautiful antique sideboard.

Bathing
The bathroom is located at the top of the stairs where you will find the bathroom suite complete with overhead shower. There is a heated towel rail.

Sleeping
There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 comprises of a double bed, whitewashed side cabinets and overhead storage. It also has a television should you wish to chill out and watch tv horizontal.

The decked area
Here you can relax while the sun goes down after a day of exploring. The decking has a beautiful modern dining set and a BBQ should you wish to eat alfresco.

We are lucky enough to own our own parking space directly in front of the cottage - this is an absolute premium in Swanage.

    The house was in a perfect location and had the bonus of a parking space meaning we could walk into swanage town. The accomodation was super, a large kitchen diner and cosy lounge. The kids loved their bedroom with comfy beds and lots of space. The double bed was very comfy too. Our host (Sarah) was lovely, contacting us regularly before we went to check we had all the info we needed. A fabulous family holiday was had.

    Great location. Been to Swanage several times and this is a great place. Downstairs space is fantastic - comfortable sofas and a large well equipped kitchen. All within pretty easy walking distance of the beach and town centre (there is a hill but it is fairly short). The house is quiet and pretty private with little or no disturbance from the road and easy offroad parking straight outside the door Great communication from the host. All in all a positive experience

    The property was lovely and the ability to park my car at the property was great. It is spacious and everything we needed for our stay. It is only a short walk to the shops and seafront where you can start your walks on the South West Coast path.

    We enjoyed our stay in Swanage, the property is in a quiet location but convenient for the beach, shops and pretty much everything else. The property is well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely return.

    Very well-appointed cottage in an enviable location close to the town centre, the beach and parkland.Plus points•Beautifully clean and tidy on arrival.•Large well-equipped kitchen/diner and comfortable lounge. •Lots of storage space for cases, backpacks, walking boots etc.•Off-street parking (suitable for vehicles up to medium sized family cars) is a rare bonus in Swanage.Limitations (these are not criticisms, merely factors inherent in an older property in the heart of a historic town to be considered)•The double bedroom is small•The stairs are steep and could be difficult for small children or those with infirmities•Only one WC During our stay we were unlucky to encounter problems with both the wi-fi and the TVs. The owner was swift to work to rectify these issues and we were confident that she is a capable, caring and conscientious host.We would certainly be happy to return

    Very well-equipped and clean property. Particularly excellent were the location (just a short walk down the hill to the seafront, shops, pubs and restaurants) and the fact that there is a parking spot. We would certainly stay again.

    Stayed at the property for 5 nights and I can't fault it. The downstairs space was generous, and the kitchen well equipped. The location was amazing! It was about a 1 minute before you reach the local fish and chip shop and you're immediately in town. Planning my next visit already!

    We felt good and comfortable in Sunnybank from the first moment, enjoyed the large balcony for meals and a bottle of wine in the sunny evenings. The flat is located perfectly with only little traffic, but just a short distance to town, shops, beach, restaurants and pubs (don´t miss The White Swan). Really nice and helpful contact to Sarah; thank you very much. It´s a long way to go from nothern Germany to Swanage, but it´s worth it and we´ll surely come back.

    Enjoyed a fantastic week staying at Sunnybank.The cottage was exactly as described,very well stocked with all you would need and perfectly situated for the town and beach. Swanage carnival week is such good fun and with the weather being so great we had a fabulous time. Thanks Sarah...and especially for the stunning cake that greeted us on arrival.

    Lovely stay in Dorset cottage, property is ideally located close to high street and main parade a must with car park space, really well equipped. Only downside is very small main bedroom but don’t dwell on that as the property as a whole far makes up for it and photos are accurate.
