Beautiful cottage a couple blocks from the beach

This place was perfect for 2 adults and our dog. We were in town for a wedding/mini-vacation . Neighborhood was quiet, and it was so nice being able to walk a couple of blocks to the beach. Having the fenced in yard for our dog was convenient. House was clean and well equipped, and the AC worked better than most homes! Keurig coffee maker was a plus. All appliances worked well.Nearby grocery store was a short drive. We recommend the marina restaurant Stoneys Dockside for breakfast or dinner.Only suggestion we would make would be to supply more than 2 bath towels ((for an 5 night stay) and a TV in the bedroom. Highly recommend

Pet friendly

The house was great and accommodated our family of three plus our furry family member. Sam was great with responses to questions and followed-up in a timely manner. Location was great for what we needed. Weather wasn't great the weekend we were there so can't speak to the beach aspect but we could see the beach access a few blocks away from the front of the house. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend for families of two or three and if you have a furry family member joining you, this is a great place.

The property was nice. The bathroom wasn't quite as clean as we would have hoped, but overall, our experience was very positive. And the location is wonderful!

This little house was perfect for our stay with our dog Hazel. The location was great as we were visiting friends at the Acclaim on Pretty Lake lane. Also very close to restaurants and a great breakfast place Karlas beach cafe. The house was clean and had easy off street parking. I would highly recommend!

Great location, close to the beach, nice walking neighborhoods, free standing house with fenced in front and back yard, perfect for a pet.

Overall, a really cute, convenient location and we didn’t enjoy our stay. A few recommendations would be more attention to detail with cleanliness. Fans were extremely dusty, floors, baseboards need a good cleaning and the shower head is pretty gross where the water comes out. I was also unable to get into the shed to use the washer and dryer bc the lockbox is impossible to open. I had planned to sweep up some sand but the broom looks like it has been mauled by a beat and was unusable. Lastly, there is a coffee station which is great but some of the stuff labeled in the organizer was not stocked. I realize that’s a courtesy by the host but if the label is there, maybe stocking it in between guests should be done. Small detail but I think they matter. Like I said, very cute and would stay here again. I just think feedback like that is important and as a host, I would want to know those things.

The place was great, everything we needed in a place close to the beach

This place was great - quiet, clean, and comfortable! Easy walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

The property was beautiful and the location ideal. The only issue for my wife and myself was the bed as it was quite uncomfortable.

This place worked very well for our trip as we last minute had to travel with our 2 small dogs. We were traveling to the area for a concert at the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater which was about 30 minutes away. Place was of adequate size and had a fenced in yard for the dogs which was nice. I would just suggest stocking with some staples that were missing - pot holders, wine opener, include a hand towel for each guest (vs. having to share one).

Absolutely beautiful cottage with all the amenities you might need. Everything it claimed to be and exceptionally clean. Very cozy and close to a beach access! Loved my stay!!

Cottage was clean and well stocked with all needed amenities. It was conveniently located a few blocks from the beach and in a nice area that was great for walking the dog. We enjoyed our stay here and would happily return again!
