Beautiful Coral Lagoon #12 - Waterfront - With 40' Boat Slip right out back!

Had a great time at this place. Very nice. Enjoyed the pool and all the water access near by. Place was exactly what we were looking for. Definitely will be back

This property had plenty of room and was very clean.It was very easy to get to. It is about mid way through Keys. It looked exactly like the pictures....no surprises. It would be great if you had a boat, it has it's own boat slip. The pool was heated! The only negatives would be minor housekeeping issues. It looked like there had been a water leak at one time. You could tell on the ceiling in living area and water marks on bathroom doors. We were only there for 3 nights....wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was pristine and as advertised in the listing. The host was responsive prior to and during our stay, and the property was close to Sunset Park and the aquarium.The patio and a walkout deck off the master provided perfect early morning and evening relaxation. Fishing poles are also a pleasant amenity (I wish I could've put them to use!).

Great and quiet location central to Marathon and surrounding keys. Publix and Winn Dixie nearby. Townhome was clean and well equipped.

Open and inviting, charming and comfortable. The beds were great, we had everthing we needed here. Fishing poles were a nice touch. We will be back for sure !

Beautiful place, super clean!

My family and I stayed here in early March 2026. It was a great location for us to visit the Keys. The pool area were a nice feature and we would often hang out there after a long day at the beach or adventuring.The condo itself was newly renovated in a beachy theme and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out. There was ongoing construction in the rear of the condo as well as a construction staging area in front parking lot both of which made the immediate porch areas too dusty for us to use; however, we were aware of the construction before we booked.

Super condo. Clean and everything seemed new. Would definitely stay there again!

We were very happy to stay here with our family. The location is easy and also a quiet place to rest. We look forward to a future stay.

Clean place. Location is ok as directly off main highway. Very expensive rate. The fencing around the canal was a bummer but we were forewarned. The biggest issue we had was in the master bedroom - the sliding door to the bathroom is comical.., it doesn’t fit and it doesn’t stay closed ever .., really poor quality work and it was annoying . The master bed is falling apart and we were seriously worried it was going to break if we just sat on it . The squeaks were incessant.The owners seemed nice and let us check in a couple hours early. I guess for the cost of this place I was expecting much more.Thanks

Property was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Seawall was under construction so we had to rent a slip at the attached Marina, but this was spelled out in the booking so wasnt a surprise to us. We will definitely be visiting again!

Beautiful condo. Everything you need, and everything worked. The TV wouldn’t let us watch YouTube TV about the middle of our stay because it was “out of memory”. Didn’t bother us much. Would definitely stay again. Reasonable price and in the center of everything in Marathon. Great communication with owners. Loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with owners was excellent. Condo is updated nicely and very clean. The landscaping is beautiful. We rented a boat and were able to utilize a courtesy slip at the marina next to the property. We would definitely stay here again. Hope to return soon.

Nice facility but neighbors really loud. Someone should limit noise late at night

The host had communicated with us exclusively through Vrbo, but sent checkin information via email outside of VRBO that never arrived. This led to us not being able to get into the unit for an hour after our arrival. That hour was spent in useless chats with VRBO and phone calls with customer service until finally we were able to connect with the host. The unit was convenient to local sites and restaurants a short drive away. Outside decks on lower and upper levels were nice places to hang out. The stairs in the unit are shallow and have an elevated lip that caused one of our elderly family members to trip and fall at the base of the stairs since there’s no handrail there. The emergency room at the fisherman’s community hospital was one of the nicest medical facilities we have been to. I just wish we didn’t have to add that to our vacation destinations.

Quiet. Relaxing place to stay. Great location

Coincidentally a couple of days before we went a friend who is familiar with Coral Lagoon told us about its sinkhole which will need extensive construction to fix. As a result we learned after we booked but before we arrived about the 5’high chain link fence which walls off the canal from the condos on the east side, including #12. The lack of direct access to the water and the impaired view were disappointing since we spent most of our time on the porch. There was no active construction when we were there. It wasn’t mentioned in the listing. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, attractive and well equipped. The tile in the hall bath in particular was gorgeous. The only downside in the interior was the lack of privacy in the primary bathroom because of the barn-style door.

Good space size. Enjoyed back deck on water (except for construction fencing).
