Beautiful Condo Close to Beach Private Hot Tub & Elevator

We loved the view and having our own hot tub was great.

My family and I stayed here this summer. This was our first trip to Clearwater. The location of the unit is nice. Short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants but still off the main strip where all the traffic is. The unit itself was nice. However, there were a couple things we noticed during our stay. We never could get the hot tub to work. There were a couple lights out. One in one of the bedrooms and one in the laundry room. I let the host know and they got back to us quickly and said they would have maintenance take care of it. Maintenance never did come by but it could have happened after we left and the unit was being cleaned. These were minor things and the unit overall was nice and our family had a good time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacation to Clearwater.

Owners were great to work with! The place was great! We enjoyed a week of walking distance to the beach with all ages down to two!Swimming out to the sandbar allowed us to find many sand dollars!We would definitely recommend and come back! All the amenities make this a great place to come back to after a long day at the beach.

This was my second time staying at this property and the experience was just as good as the first. I brought 7 friends, there is plenty of space for everyone, the location is amazing, and I would come back again.

This condo was perfect for our stay. We were in town for our son’s wedding on the Starship. The condo is very clean. It is in a great location for the beach or restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. We especially enjoyed coffee on the rooftop in the morning. If you are looking for a place to stay. This is the one!

This condo was perfect for our group of 9, 5 adults and 4 children (ages 1 to 8). Having 2 bedrooms with King beds is a big plus. The location is amazing with a playground across the street and only a block walk to the beach and restaurants. The owner Mary was very responsive and she even purchased a new high chair for us. We were glad to see that the island recovered nicely from the storms. We plan to come back again next year!

We stayed in this home 2 years ago and enjoyed it then, too. We don't mind walking from the property to South Beach establishments. There is a trolley that goes up and down the island as well. We truly only use it for a place to stay while we wander around the island all day. It's nice having a full kitchen, even though we don't take advantage of that. And having 2 full and 1 half bathrooms is essential when you have a larger group of people. The rooftop views are great. The hot tub is a nice way to start or end your day. The hosts are responsive and respectful. If it's available and our group is large enough, we'd stay here again.

The condo was clean, the beds & pillows were comfy. It was an awesome location with a short walk to the beach and town. Water views from 2 sides of the roof deck. Very comfortable for 8 of us - adults and young adult kids, with plenty of beds and baths. The elevator to all floors was a plus for our father who zipped over to visit for a day from Tampa. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Loved every minute of it.

The house was large, comfortable, and clean. It had a lot of outdoor space, and the location was perfect. The kids loved how close it was to both the beach and the city pool (which really is a great pool). We would definitely stay again!

It was the best family vacation ever! Perfect location with lots to do! Something for everyone - shopping, beach, boat tours, pier fishing, pickleball, swimming, great restaurants and so much more. The beach was magnificent and this fully equipped condo even supplied beach towels, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs. The condo had multiple floors which was a perfect arrangement for a large family. Fantastic stay!

Room to spread out and be comfortable.

The condo was in a excellent location just a short walk to beach. As advertised ... the condo provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. With the garage we were able to park 3 cars (1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway). There was some areas (i.e. carpet on stairs, crack in glass of front door, worn towels and pillows) that need some attention. But overall everything felt safe and clean. We would stay in the condo again!
