Stayed Apr 7, 2025Home is as advertised. Nice neighbourhood, Quiet and well maintained. Bathrooms could use some upgrades. Owner was very responsive to questions and checked in regularly to see that we had everything we needed. Would recommend if you plan on staying in the area.

Stayed Jan 11, 2025For two couples looking to be near the beach, you can’t beat this place. Updated kitchen is beautiful and hot tub was an added bonus. Stores and restaurants are in walking distance and the beach 10 minutes away. Very safe neighborhood and the hosts were great to work with.

Stayed Jan 19, 2025The property is an old house in an old neighborhood. We found much of the property to be “long in the tooth” and in need of update/repair. The bathrooms were small. The neighborhood was quiet and appeared safe. The property is close to US 1providing easy access to Fort Lauderdale. Our host was a good communicator. The house was clean and well stocked. The cable and WiFi were great.

Stayed Jan 11, 2025Great property for two couples. Short drive to the beach and surrounding area was fantastic. Very safe neighborhood for taking walks and seeing the many nearby waterways. John and Luis were always there answering any questions and providing us fun stuff to do. They could not have been more responsive.

The house was very clean and well appointed and the neighborhood quiet and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the beach.
