Stayed Jun 28, 2025Nice space for outside activities, basement for kids to be away from adults. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, bakeware and small appliances. Great space for family activities.

Stayed Sep 4, 2024Tim is a great host! The deck and gazebo was a fantastic area for geusts to relax! The house was great very clean and had everything we needed. The no shoes in the house is weird, I get it with the light colored carpet and Des Moines winters, but throw out the slippers in the hall closest. Nobody is going to wear someone elses slippers.

Stayed Aug 13, 2024This house was in a great location, clean and well equiped for our 5 night stay. Although there were only 3 of us it would accommodate a larger group comfortably. I had good communication with the owner and the check-in and check-out was easy.

Stayed Jul 25, 2023Tim was a great host. Great communication and very accommodating. We were very comfortable and the House exceeded our expectations. Our group of 10 had all the space we needed. The property was within a 10 to 15 minute drive from everything. Thanks Tim for making our trip to Des Moines memorable.
