Beautiful Cape Cod Retreat

We had a great stay in this spacious home. Everything was clean for the most part and the kitchen was well stocked to fit all our needs. The screened in porch was amazing. We had to bring our own linens and towels which was no problem and was made clear ahead of time. The only issue was the washer machine did stain a handful of our clothes. The house needs a little TLC, but was overall a great stay and we would reccomend it to anyone and would definitely rent again!

This house has all the space and amenities for a extended family gathering. The house is comfortable and well laid out for everyone. There is plenty of room for everyone.The hosts are fantastic and accommodating. My family will have great memories of our stay.

A great location in Eastham, getting on and off of Rt 6 during the summer is always tough. House is well laid out for families, lots of room for everyone. Great amenities all around.

We stayed here for a family wedding. There was plenty of room and was basically clean. Issues were communication with our reservation being confirmed properly and they don’t provide linens. The owner made an exception to allow us to use their linens. We found the sheets ok but there were only 3 good towels, the rest were stained or had holes.

Great location. Loved the screened in porch! More than ample sitting room with the 2 living room areas. The zip line was a big hit. Appreciated the strategically place hooks in and outside the home. Very timely and pleasant communication with owner.

Great layout for two families. Super fun backyard for kids. Zipline was a hit. Swing set a plus. Owner, Mike, responds to issues promptly and efficiently. House needs TLC in the maintenance department otherwise we would have given 5 stars. ***Plan to bring or rent your own linen and towels, they do not come with house***

I rented the house for a family gathering. In the end, the family members who were supposed to stay in the house were unable to make it because they fell ill. A few of us still gathered for dinner so it wouldn’t go to waste. The house was wonderful, has everything you need. The backyard was amazing especially if you have kids.

I just came back from an amazing weekend at this property. I stayed with 8 women for a girls getaway. We are all in our 40-50’s. The house was clean, has a beautiful open floor plan, lots of natural light and has an amazing screened-in porch. It is located in a very quiet, wooded neighborhood. We all had plenty of space to sleep and the beds were very comfortable The pictures are true to the house’s character and beautiful decor. So many wonderful things to post. We would definitely come back and stay again. Michael responded to my emails quickly when I had any questions regarding our stay. Easy check-in and check-out. Short drive to beaches.

We stayed here last year and had such a great time we came back again this year. The house is beautiful. Everything is clean, spacious and comfortable. The yard is fantastic for the kids. Being so close to the the beach and bike path and were huge bonuses and conveniences for our family as well. Too many good things to say about this one!
