Minutes from a secluded bay or from the best surfing at Marbella beach, the casita is located in a secure and gated development. Enjoy the jungle sounds while cooking in the kitchen or on the grille. Then sit under the umbrella looking over the Pacific coast and watch the birds fly over the jungle valley.

The space:
Private guest unit with carport, king size sleeping casita with full bathroom, double sinks and walk-in shower. Newly built kitchen with bar and sofa with a deck and umbrella for gorgeous sunset views over the Pacific Ocean. Has an outdoor grille and an outdoor shower to rinse off. There is an attached laundry bodega with a washer/dryer for guests staying more than 3 nights. Access to a lovely community pool just a few minutes away. The owner’s main house is 50 meters away and is often unoccupied. The driveway is steep and an AWD vehicle is necessary. The property includes 5 acres of land with fruit trees, open jungle and wildlife abound. You may see many types of birds, howler monkey, coati (pizote), iguana, armadillo, jaguar, fox and more

Other things to note:
Marbella is near many excellent beaches with Nosara and Playa Guiones just 40 min South and Tamarindo just 1 hour North. The famous fishing village of San Juanillo is just 15 min South. Ostional Wildlife Reserve, 25 min South, is one of the world’s most important nesting sites for the Ridley sea turtles. Tours can be booked during nesting and hatching times.
