House was great. No problems getting in, everything's was clean. Very nice 59 be so close to campus.

Clean, easy to access, parking easy, central location.

Great location and house. Very clean and nice little added touches that weren’t necessarily but made it feel very taken care of. We were there visiting our daughter who is starting vet school at CSU and she had her Oath & Coating ceremony. It was close to her and right across the street from campus and downtown which was great! Host communicated a lot and very clear instructions. Will definitely stay here again!!

Our experience was great!! The location was PERFECT for any event at Canvas Stadium and the CSU campus. Quick drive to old town with plenty of choice of places to eat. Blue Agave was excellent. I wold highly recommend.

We stayed here for CSU orientation and a few extra days to explore. Great central location! Stacy ensured we had all we needed. Will be back.

The upper house was everything we needed. The house was very clean and just as expected. The owner was very responsive when we had a smoke detector with a low battery beeping. I would stay here again.

Fairly disappointed in the stay (property is quite beat up) and in particular the assertion that there was enclosed backyard space. There is not

Perfect little place to stay while visiting CSU and Fort Collins. Would have given 5 stars, but no dishwasher and the hot water was dangerously hot, which gave us some trouble. Overall, great place to stay, checked all the boxes….comfy beds, good internet, warm and central location.

We popped in for our first parents' weekend at CSU and couldn't have found ourselves in a more perfect spot. We were a block from our daughter's dorm, had parking for our rental car and easy access to both school and downtown via Laurel Street. The house was clean, simple and sweet, with clear communication of expectations and experiences from the owner, plus an unexpected perk... excellent people watching of the passersby from the living room sofa:) Thank you for a great weekend stay.

Amazing location across from CSU. This bungalow was perfect for my family of 4 to stay for almost a week. Clean, cozy, and had everything we needed and wanted. Comfortable beds!

We really enjoyed our stay here for CSU orientation with our daughter. The location can’t be beat, right across the street from campus. The house is great too, one of the nicer VRBO’s in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and responsiveness of the host. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, smart TV worked great (with Netflix), and the included bicycles were great for riding around campus. Highly recommend, we will be staying here again in the future.

Great experience staying in this two bedroom close to CSU. Actually, close doesn’t quite cover it: cross the street, and you’re on campus. Will book again.
