Beautiful Boulder Townhome: Walk to CU & Pearl St!

Our condo was immaculate and the host was accessible and responsive!

The townhouse was great location and had everything we needed to use as a home base for CU move in for our daughter!

It was alright but nothing special, was out dated and had a weird smell to it.

In Boulder to look at the university with my grandson. This unit is in a run-down, dated, townhome complex. The unit was clean and the beds and linens okay. The furniture and decor look like they were purchased at various yard sales, but we were here for two nights. There is a wonderful park with-in walking distance with a nice hike up into some red rocks with a view. They have night lights throughout, which is a nice touch and basic supplies and seasonings for cooking. No TV's in the bedrooms, which is fine, but should be noted. There is a small, beat up deck in the rear with some pretty landscaping shared with the neighbors. I would stay here again in a clutch, but would probably look for something a little more in keeping with the surroundings. Beautiful neighborhood.

Great location for easy access to downtown Boulder and CU!

Simple, clean, all we needed!Stairs were a lot for my dad, but I was aware there were stairs & we managed.

Good location. The living space was smaller than we expected, but there was plenty of room. Overall we had a great stay. There were only 2 washcloths which was not ideal, but we made it work. I would stay there again.

Our last minute booking resulted in a little hitch at check-in but the host, David S., responded immediately, got us in quickly, and ensured all our needs were met. He even offered to buy us dinner for the minimal inconvenience!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had no problems and only enjoyed the time spent there.

Great location and easy to book/ check in. Mattress needs flipping or replacement. Otherwise a great weekend and stay.

Perfect for visiting our son at college!

Property was a close enough walk to Pearl Street. Easy walk to some trails. This was the last stop of a two week trip and we wanted to experience Boulder. Check in was easy and the property was conveniently located.

So close to Pearl Street! My only concern was the condo had a broken blind in the main room which made it hard to sleep in. Could have also been cleaner. I found some food on the floor left by the last renters. The property manager was very helpful when we needed more towels and answered questions quickly. I would rent again knowing that the blind will be fixed and that the cleanliness could have been a one off. Thank you.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was within walking distance of our son's house on the Hill so perfect for move in weekend at CU Boulder. Communication with the Property Manager was great and check in was easy. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our time at this home. It was a little cozy, but it was perfect for two of us. We really enjoyed being walkable from several trailheads and not far from Pearl Street. But it was still tucked away to feel quiet and secluded.

Perfect location for our trip that included day trips to Red Rocks, Golden, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Place was very clean and the private deck was great for coffee and drinks.
