Living room with seating for 7+; 50 smart TV ready for your favorite streaming channels. Kitchen with peninsula seating for three: Fully stocked with full-sized refrigerator/freezer, electric range, microwave, dishwasher + dishes, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, small appliances, and more! Bonus items include coffee, seasonings, etc. to make the space feel more like home.
Dining area: Seating for four, sliding door walks out to the patio and backyard
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, 2 dressers and closet with built-in shelving + full-length mirrors

Play area has rubber mulch for added safety and the treehouse has electricity should your younger one's be up for a 'camp out.'

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have full access to the home including the front of the home (featuring a front deck), interior of the home and the patio/backyard space. There is an attached single car garage, however it is NOT accessible to guests. Driveway can accommodate two standard sized vehicles. Our house is on a corner lot, so there is plenty of street parking as well.
