Beautiful big house: 5bedrooms with pool in Arcadia

Location and large space that fit my family members.

Place is infested with spiders and aunts

Such a beautiful house. I would definitely recommend. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I had to keep following up with the host for any checkin/checkout details so just be prepared for that if you book this place. Also the pool wasn’t clean at all which wasn’t great for a pool weekend. Really nice house though.

This property was a great fit for my family, although cleanliness was a bit of an issue, me and my family came together to clean the back yard prior to our stay was looking forward to big tree in backyard. Pictures definitely need to be upgraded. But very awesome stay here for good price!

We stayed here for Easter weekend to be close to my parents but have space for our kids. It worked great. The backyard is incredible at this house. Having a separate pool house was great for our son with his wife and baby. The owner was responsive to our needs. I would come back.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE. In January I booked this home for one night to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday. I informed the host we were 10 guests. Two days before we were supposed to checkin I asked “Hi, Just checking in on that early checkin. Is it possible for us to check in early? I'd just like to put some decorations up for my daughter's birthday. Thanks!” She responded with, “You didn't tell us that there was a PARTY when you made the reservation. Parties cannot be held….. Keep in mind that the vrbo page for this house states, “Parties and events (including family gatherings, birthday parties and weddings) are allowed on site; maximum attendees: 99.” I very politely said, “Since we cannot have a birthday party, please provide a refund. Thank you.” There was NO response from the host.. Later I sent another message asking, “Please let me know the status of my refund and when it has been processed. Thank you.” Again, no response. There was no response to any of my messages. They didn’t cancel the booking, they haven’t refunded me the money, and they haven’t responded to my requests for a refund. I have screen shots of the vrbo page in the event they change the page and messages from the host. I’m happy to provide these to anyone. Lastly, I just spoke with VRBO and they informed me that the host is in violation of VRBO and that I would be receiving a full refund.

Staying here was an absolute delight. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and felt just like home. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the high level of cleanliness. The host had clearly gone the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The beautiful decor added an extra layer of charm and made the stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience.

Beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood

The house was great . The location was good. The indoor space was good for hanging out, and there were plenty of chairs and tables for meals. Access to Pasadena and other sights was great. The food prep stuff, eating utensils and dishes were sparse for our group of 10. A quick trip to target solved that problem. The out door space around the pool was good. The furniture around the pool was good for four people and not our ten. We got a few extra folding chairs, and were very comfortable. All in all our stay was really good and the house did its job well.
