Beautiful Beachfront Home In Mancora Beach, Peru

If you like the water and enjoy seafood prepared professionally by the Chef then this is your place! Temperatures in July in Mancora are typically in mid 80s and lows of mid 60s with no humidity.

Sergio was great to work with. We were late arriving and he adjusted our stay to accommodate our delayed arrival date. We travel extensively and this type of service is rare. He set up a chef and massages too. This clean, pristine place is the best house in town! Thank you Sergio.

My family came to Mancora at the end of our Peru trip. The goal was to relax after touring the rest of the country….and relax we did! Many bedrooms and bathrooms. Open air living with the waves basically crashing at your feet at the base of the infinity pool. Chef Chana is amazing. She will shop and cook to your detail daily…which is important because there aren’t many good choices for eating out in this dusty surfers paradise. Beach is a little rocky and dominated by the surfers. The waves were impressive and constant. I would caution that Mancora the town isn’t much. Bring your book.

The property was beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. We had a multigenerational, family vacation (ages 3 to 75) and everyone had an amazing time. The location is fantastic, right on the beach. The pool was gorgeous. Lots of places to lounge around and gather. The whole property was very well-maintained. The sunsets were amazing every day. A very short (five minute) walk into downtown if you wish. Very cheap to catch a Mototaxi as well. We had a wonderful time, relaxing on the property, and every detail was well attended to by the owner and staff. The chef, Chana, was fabulous. She cooked delicious Peruvian cuisine. We have never eaten so well on vacation. Mini activities right on the beach from horse, back riding, body surfing, surfing, kite, surfing. Highly recommend contacting the owner and or the property staff when you have questions about local activities. We had a masseuse come to the house and give massages and it was perfect. Security was also present 24/7 and made us feel safe at all times. The host was very accommodating. I helped make every detail perfect. Even assisted with arranging transport to and from the airport. Can’t say enough nice things about the property, highly recommend, and we plan to stay again.

Each year we travel to new destinations in search of perfect waves! Never have we been able to stay in such a nice house for that price! Great waves out in front and world class waves within 1 hour. Also felt incredibly safe at the house and also in town. Northern Peru is quite an adventure. The only bad thing I can say about the house, and that has nothing to do with the owner, is that it is quite close to a bar that for the New Years played really loud music for 4 days straight until 8 am!!! I guess that happens only du ring that period.

The place/house was very nice with amazing views and we felt very safe. Staff was super friendly always asking if we needed anything. Chana, the lady who took care of the kitchen, was super nice and her food was just like eating at a restaurant- freshly squeezed juice and fruit every morning along anything you would want and lunch/dinner was anything you tell her you would like!!!! She was as friendly as can be and VERY accommodating. We stayed there for 6 nights and it was just incredible stay. The owner was also very accommodating and very friendly as well! Overall a 5 star vacation and stay. Thanks Chana(cook) and Sergio (owner) for everything!

The house and staff were wonderful and the location could not be better. This is a great house for families or groups of any age with a beautiful beach and nice easy surf break right out front with beginners and intermediate surfers. The kite boarding out front is mostly big kites and foiling, but it is an easy drive to very challenging surf and kite surfing spots like Cabo Blancito (just past Cabo Blanco) and Tres Cruces (literally 3 grave site crosses at the beach entry). The town and people are very friendly and it is just a great place to chill.

I stayed for a week with 14 others. This place is incredible. Perfect location. Beautiful house design and decor. The food was better than most restaurants anywhere in Peru. I will be back!

This home was truly beautiful with an amazing location overlooking Mancora's main beach. We spent our vacation in the sun watching amazing surfers and even more amazing kite surfers. Incredible skill! The house is located on the edge of Mancora so we could easily walk into town. We were well cared for from beginning to end by Zenon; Chana (amazing chef); and others. We will recommend this house to friends. It was fantastic.
