Beautiful Beachfront Casa, private HEATED pool, between Bucerias & LaCruz!

It was a nice house I enjoy it

The house is separated into levels which we liked a lot. Each level very spacious and well appointed. The pool is the feature of the house and of course the view. Susan, the property owner, was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

It’s a really nice villa that could use a little updating. Overall a great experience.

Great property manager (Raquel).... beds too hard for our taste.... great pool.... great house staff....good location.... great shared living spaces...great cooks who were provided....the nearby highway seems a bit unsafe.... Easy to get inexpensive Uber.... would have been nice if kayaks available..... pick up ice before you come.... good restaurants and beaches nearby.... lots of construction nearby too.

Loved the location which was a great midpoint for day trips to Sayulita, Punta de Mita and Puerto Vallarta. The main level has an amazing views of the bay and most nights you could see fireworks going off across the bay at Puerto Vallarta. While there are close neighboring houses we loved the privacy that this location offers. For young families: One thing we didn't realize prior to arriving is that the downstairs bedrooms are only accessible from the outside of the house off the back deck through separate locking external doors. Our children (all 10 and under) were not comfortable being down there alone so we ended up using the couch and futon upstairs for them for the trip. Worked fine for us but worth considering as we didn't end up fully utilizing the space as planned.

Our family of five enjoyed this lovely casa on the beach in La Cruz. Perfect location for our needs. The house layout may be a bit tricky for some because access to the downstairs bedrooms is via exterior stairs. Nonetheless, quite lovely and very good communication with owners. Would certainly recommended!

Awesome house! Very big and spacious. We were a family of 7 and it was great to spend time together but then run to our own proper rooms when needed. The location to this house is what we most liked, your minutes away from Sayulita, punta mita, bucerias, nuevo vallarta and puerto vallarta. Having the pool and the beach so close made it so hard to leave the house. We did spend a couple of days just relaxing and enjoying the house. The pool man and cleaning lady were so sweet and very welcoming. We loved everything about the house! Would rent again and definetely recommend if your staying around the area.

Our time at Casa Kaeli was wonderful. The view from the dining area is incredible. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 5, plus in-laws and a couple of extra kids. Large enough for people to have their space but not too big. It is not good for people with mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs. The pool was enjoyed by adults and kids alike. Morning's on the patio drinking coffee, listening to the ocean , the birds and watching the world go by, were a great start to my days. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. A couple of small issues that we had were dealt with promptly by Susan and her team in Mexico. The house is easy to get to and a short drive to either Bucerias or La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, a vehicle is highly recommended. The beach in front of the house is rocky, but a few houses over you can access the water easily. I regret not bringing my snorkel and fins. The kids enjoyed exploring the beach for crabs and other small sea life, and we even saw sea turtles not far off. I highly recommend Casa Kaeli for a family retreat or even a few couples.

We enjoyed this roomy and modern home. The pool was great. It is a short car / taxi ride to either Bucerias or La Cruz.

The villa is nice and big. 3 levels of nicely decorated rooms. Although the patio doors were made to open up and let the outside in, they were closed during our stay. They have A/C on each level (which you need in summer)but they ask you to turn them off when not in rooms. Bugs! Again, the summer/rainy season is to blame I'm sure. They have these cement ants that just take over where ever there is a damp area. One night the whole outside area was covered in these flying bugs, We woke up to thousands of dead bugs all over furniture and patios. The infinity pool is beautiful, we used this a lot. Yard is small but very nicely landscaped leading to beach. Not much of a beach since its rocky, but beautiful just the same. The place was clean enough but could use some painting and updating. Lots stairs. If you have people who have trouble up and down stairs this is not for you. If youhave a lot of people and want privacy and want the space this is for you. The owners and help are very nice and accommodating.
