Beautiful Beachfront and Bayfront House

Proximity to the beach and view from the home was great. Very quiet and serene.

The location of the house was perfect. The dock in the back and the ocean in the front made it very ideal for our boys.

Front door needs repaired badly along with other things . Cleaning person needs to start earlier and do a better job, we waited 1 hour in driveway for her to run through and clean it , 4:30 when she was done. She did not get there to start till 3:15

The property was listed as four bedrooms and three baths. There are four bedrooms, but only two bags inside the property. One of the bathrooms is outside. I feel like this should be listed clearly on the property listing and we were not satisfied with the fact that someone would have to go outside to use the bathroom. The back door to the property was a problem as it was off the hinges and the owner admitted it was in need of repair/replacement, but they had not gotten it done yet. All the furnishings and interior were very old and somewhat disconcerting. I could not in good faith. Recommend this place to someone else. I will say this that the location of the property was awesome and exactly what we wanted, but we will never stay there again due to the fact that I feel the property was listed in properly. Also to pay 200 a day in additional fees is irrational!!

The house was very clean and the location was perfect. The inside of the house has some areas in need of fixing. Things including the floor transitions and light fixtures need repair. The floor transitions were our biggest area of irritation with having a toddler. The transitions were loose and falling off. The ping pong table advertised was not usable at all. Property was very nice

We loved our stay. Beautiful views in the front and back. Great beach access. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need.

We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children plus 2 fur babies. We loved our stay. My mom is already asking when we can go back. Kevin is very responsive and prompt with the replies. This is the perfect location with the ocean across the street and marsh in the back. The kids loved the bunk beds.

The location to the beach was fantastic. No giant hills or stairs to get there. The host was very responsive and very welcoming. The house was not very clean though. Dog hair everywhere, some furniture was not even dusted. Light fixture was hanging out of the ceiling in the kitchen. Was not as stocked as I would have thought it to be, but that’s fine. The front door was hanging on by a thread and the tv didn’t work.

Stayed over for a weekend getaway with my family, and we had a lot of fun. The location of the house is perfect, espcially when traveling with toddlers.

Nice home with beach in the front and the intracoastal waterway in the back. The kids and I had a lot of fun! The beach here wasn’t crowded at all. There are lots of good places to eat nearby, or a well stocked kitchen in the home. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

We had a great weekend stay! Fall time is the best time with warm days and cool nights. We caught fish, found shells, and relaxed!

The perfect location and a great host is why I made my little getaway here again this year.

We visited during a tropical storm, and the owner was quick to reply, helped with a few issues, and was accommodating given our weather hiccups. The place is older but perfect if you are there to stay at the beach as long as possible. The sound side pier is a gem!

We had a great time during our stay. The owner was responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. The house was clean and well stocked. We got to watch a sea turtle nest hatch right beside the beach access deck which was such an awesome experience! The beach is just steps away!

The house and property were not as advertised. Pictures need to be updated to accurately represent the state of the house. House was very dirty upon arrival. Sand and dog hair all over couches and bedding. Cleaning fee was refunded but the house was not up to the standards that were advertised in listing photos.
