Beautiful Beach House with Breathtaking Water Views! Short Walk to Restaurants

Great house, great host would recommend.

A very nice house for a large group of people. Nice ability to be separated from the group when wanted. ( For some reason , I did not realize that there were 3 levels in the house. Lots of exercise!)

This is our second year staying at this house. We are 10 adults and 5 young children. This is a GREAT house. It is roomy and clean. It has two living rooms that can be separated by French pocket doors. It has THREE (3) refrigerators which we used with such a big group. The kitchen is generously equipped, the 2nd floor balcony is roomy with lots of chairs. Generous amounts of dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and toilet paper are supplied. Large capacity washer and dryer got lots of use. Very close to Scarborough Beach and Roger Wheeler Beach is not far. There are 3 bedrooms on the first level, living spaces on the second level, and 3 more bedrooms on the third level which made it easy to separate early-rising youngsters from sleeping-in adults. Check-in is a breeze and Darius responds to queries very promptly. Absolutely 5 stars!

This was a perfect property for our family… children, spouses and grands.Darius was the best host…responded immediately when we called with questions.The house is huge (13 of us) , location was amazing ( walk to restaurants, ice cream and views).The only thing I would change are the aerial shots, as the neighborhood has changed…also all of us request better toilet paper

This rental has plenty of room for a big group. The house is in a great location for walks to the lighthouse, port, and beach. The house was clean and updated and the host was very responsive and helpful. We were very comfortable!

The house was great for our friend’s bachelor party with plenty of beds, walking distance to several restaurants/bars, close proximity to local beaches, multiple refrigerators/freezers, and plenty of living/outdoor spaces for us to hang. We were able to get Ubers to/from Newport as well which was great for going out at night. Would absolutely consider coming back to this property with friends and/or family (would be great for multi family/ multi generational trip).

Great stay at a great place! Very clean and organized. Awesome middle level living space for gathering and hanging out!

Vacationed with husband, adult children, spouses and 4 grandchildren under 6. Had a wonderful time. House is clean, very well-equipped, and spacious. 2-minute drive to gorgeous Scarborough beach. It takes 24-36 hours to get a beach parking pass, so apply before you go. Owner/property manager very responsive. House is set back far enough from Ocean Rd (which is not very busy anyway) that traffic was not a concern. Big windows, lots of natural light. We have already made a reservation for next year!

Great house for multiple generations. Wonderful bedroom setup. Had 2 grandparents, 7 adults, and 4 kids. We especially liked the two separate living areas.
