Beautiful Beach house on the Jersey Shore

We had a great stay at the house. Melissa was very communicative about checking in and being available for any questions we had. The house was very clean and very well appointed with amenities. We would definitely rent the house again!

Daniel's home was the perfect stay for our family. With my 79-year-old mother, and 6- and 10-year-old kids in tow, we made beautiful memories during our time there. The house was spacious and clean, and the kids adored the backyard (and we enjoyed the quiet of the house while they happily played outside!) Near to the beach, restaurants, and lots of fun places, we hope to return in the future!

We were a group of 4 adults, along with a 3 and 4 year old. This was our 3rd annual stay at Daniel's home, and it was fantastic again. The house is immaculate, with lots of outdoor space. The beach is a short drive away, and it was great to have beach passes for all of us. We appreciated the new rocking chairs on the porch, and additional seating in the living room. The 3 year old loved the slide and rings. We grilled, relaxed outside, and enjoyed the fireflies. Thanks to Melissa for her excellent hosting, and the incredibly easy check in and out.

The house was everything we asked for. Off the beach traffic path and in an area where it was quiet and walkable.

This was the perfect place for us to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Monmouth University. Such a comfortable place and a perfect amount of space for us. Bedrooms are spacious yet cozy and the living space and kitchen was open — exactly what we wanted for our graduation BBQ. The back yard is great for hanging out and the neighbors were friendly. Melissa was so helpful when we arrived to help us acclimate to the house. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely home that exactly fit our needs. The house is spotless and comfortable. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. Daniel and his sister who helps manage the property are quickly responded to questions. Highly recommend if you are looking for a home away from home vacation.

This is our third time staying at Dan’s house. Melissa was great with communicating with us when there was work that needed to be done on the house. There’s everything we needed with 3 young children (3-7 years old) and we loved the location right next to a large playground with basketball courts

We loved the indoor space for working collaboratively on our project as well as the outdoor space with great places to eat, talk and play. Plenty of room for all five of us. A well appointed kitchen, two dining locations, and three bathrooms. Host is extremely responsive. Excellent communication. A short drive to the beach!

My family and I enjoyed our stay, house is very cozy. My 2 year old granddaughter had so much space to run around. Home is fully equipped with everything you need even board games. Home had plenty of heat for those really cold days, I would definitely stay there again. The property manager was so nice and accomodating. And she didn't make you feel like you were bothering her. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Convenient location on a quiet street. Huge common spaces, well-appointed bedrooms, fully-equipped. Seamless booking, check in, and check out. Looking forward to returning!

We had such a great stay! The house is beautiful, very clean and a lot of space! There were four families that stayed there. The weekend was rainy but we were able to make the most of it! Sad we couldn’t enjoy the outside area. The owners Melissa and Daniel were easy to communicate with. Also, they provided linens, toilet paper and paper towels. Which was very thoughtful. We look forward to staying again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, with a great and spacious layout. Back yard is perfect for both entertaining and hanging out! The host was amazing as well as super accommodating to work with. Would highly recommend!
