Beautiful Beach Home on Nettles Island with Private Beach Access

Absolutely exceptional.. the house was perfect.. extremely clean and cozy.. cute and quiet community. Ocean is less than 5 min golf cart ride. The place is liter on the water, in the river. It’s amazing..

Owner friendly and accommodating. Will definitely rent again!!! Very open, clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view right off water.

Our stay was perfect! It was fully stocked with everything that we needed. Anytime I would send a text to the owner asking a question, she was very quick to answer, & super nice! We had a lot of fun taking rides on the golf cart & sitting out back watching the dolphins & manatees swim by. My favorite part of this vacation was the view from the house, it honestly couldn’t have been any better! The only thing I would recommend if coming to Nettles island, (which has nothing to do with the house) is that if you plan to spend time at the rec center, which has tennis, pickleball, and basketball, you MUST wear tennis shoes in order to be on the courts. So don’t forget tennis shoes! Overall, this place is a 10/10!!

Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. There was never a dull moment, and we appreciated having so many options for recreation and relaxation right at our fingertips. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations, and we cannot wait to return to Nettles Island for another unforgettable getaway. Our spring break stay here was amazing! Very positive stay. The house is right on the water with beautiful views or the sunrises, dolphins, and we even saw some manatees right in front of our place! As soon as we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, and spacious the house was. The listing's photos are an accurate representation of the space. The house was equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, plush towels, and comfortable beds. The location could not have been better to enjoy the beach, with just a short golf cart ride to reach the sand and waves. During our stay, we encountered no issues, and Sheri was very responsive the one time we reached out with a question. She provided excellent instructions and answered all of our questions regarding our stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and straightforward. We would highly recommend this rental house to other travelers based on our great experience. The unit, amenities, location, and service all exceeded our expectations. We would book this house again in the future! We are happy to have found such a gem that made our family vacation so enjoyable! Great memories were made!
