Stayed Jun 18, 2022Be very careful about the terms of booking this property. It has a lot of potential to be very nice in a great location BUT there is a substantial charge for cleaning. There is no cleaner. It's an add-on and it wasn't very clean when we got there. Neither were the pool-side cushions and the parasols would not remain standing even in the lightest breeze. There is nowhere to store groceries, the hob is very basic and there weren't even any spare bags for the waste bin. On top of that, the owner will insist on having a very large deposit IN CASH and you could replace almost everything in the property for less than the deposit. We had to quickly arrange a bank transfer into their personal account and pray and then found it cost us a substantial amount of money in bank and currency fees all of which were placed with us. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. We wish that we had been.

Stayed Aug 11, 2018We had a fantastic holiday at this stunning house. The property is in immaculate condition and has everything you need for a most enjoyable stay. The pool is delightful and the rooms are very comfortable. Thierry and his lovely family are very welcoming and ensured that our holiday was very comfortable. We would certainly recommend this holiday to anyone. Thank you and we hope to stay again one day.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had an excellent week with two families sharing the barn. There is plenty of room for 10 people, with a great pool, table tennis and good size garden. Mimizan is 5 minutes in the car with everything you might need. The beach is about 10 minutes drive with sand for miles in both directions. The area is very flat and forested and would be great for biking. Definitely recommended.
