Beautiful and Spacious home w/Outdoor Kitchen

One of my favorites!!! The space to gather together with family and play games was wonderful! The kitchen made it feel like home.Sitting on back porch with a glass of wine in front of the fire pit made it hard to leave!!!

What a great house! It was very clean and spacious. And beautifully decorated. We had plenty of space to enjoy. Our host was welcoming and very helpful. So many extra details were included that made our stay that much more comfortable.

We are frequent VRBO renters and this house was among the best. Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and lots of spaces to gather together. VERY clean, and kitchen and bathrooms well-stocked. Host Tina was responsive and kind. Would definitely recommend to other guests.

Spacious and comfortable for a larger group. Well stocked. Beds were comfortable and a luxurious master bath. I appreciated the make up mirrors! Host was very accommodating. Excellent stay.

Home was perfect for us. The area is central to anything you'd need to get to in Richmond without having to be in the city.

Comfortable home had a very pleasant stay

This was an awesome house, it look just like the pictures and more amazing in person. It was perfect fit for my whole family. The neighborhood was nice the check-in process was easy and communication with the host was great. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Check in was so easy. The house is immaculate and incredibly comfortable. You couldn’t feel more like you’re at home.

Overall, Tina's home is in a fantastic location and had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and a toddler. She also provides everything you need, which we appreciated. That said, the home could really benefit from deeper cleaning and some updates. The carpets and walls felt a bit run down. With some improvements, this could easily be a 5-star stay.

This is a great location for family to get together in a lovely home where everyone can have privacy as well as be together. Great neighborhood, very quiet. We would stay again for sure!

The owner is amazing small piece of holiday paradise

Tina was incredibly responsive, and her home was the perfect amount of space and privacy for four work colleagues/friends to spend time in. Well stocked, great location, so convenient.

Tina's home was so clean, so well equipped and just super comfortable! My family enjoyed it immensely, cooked a wonderful meals for elderly relatives who we were visiting and loved the screened in porch. Would stay here again in a minute!!!

Tina has thought of everything a guest might need to stay in this home. The home and yard are beautiful! The kitchen is very well equipped. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds and close to shopping and restaurants.

10 out of 10 stay! Everything was just as described and Tina is a top notch host.

Nice sleeping accommodations with all linens provided. Plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. Lots of seating in the living room and a well stocked kitchen. The screened in porch was pleasant in the early morning (August heat). Plenty of dining space and place areas for family games.

Lovely home, well-appointed, comfortable and inviting for family gathering. Lots of options for spending time together inside and outside in groups of various sizes. Thanks for a terrific experience!

Our softball team was having a 3 day tournament about 20 minutes from this property so it was the perfect location! We stayed with two other families and their daughters so we had 6 adults and 3 girls! This house was just perfect and was so roomy and comfortable for everyone. Every family commented on how comfortable the beds were too! The open layout was great for everyone hanging out and the kitchen was just beautiful and extremely well stocked! We will absolutely look to stay at this home again in the future! Tina was the perfect host and her home is just wonderful!!!
