Recently built in a closed condominium close to the center of Canela and 7 km from Gramado. Double suite with Queen bed, double room with Queen bed and 27 inch LCD TV, bedroom with two single beds and 21 inch TV with DVD, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, wine cellar, cooktop stove with oven, electric oven, hood, toaster, barbecue and other utensils. Service area, bathroom / toilet, dining room, living room with fireplace and 37 inch LCD TV, blu-ray. free wi-fi,Sky with sports package, children's, etc., in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, Taiff hair dryer. There's Netflix. The house has thermal flooring for cold days. We offer bed and bath linen as well as blankets.
Pergola covered with glass (which can be used for garage or leisure), wooden deck with umbrella. For the Christmas period we decorated the house with pine and ornaments for you to enjoy the season even more.
Comfortably accommodates 06 people (02 couples + 02 singles or 3 couples), we have 2 mattresses available that could accommodate 2 more people, preferably children (on request) and with an increase in the daily rate. Pets are welcome, cleaning fee of 150.00 and please notify them in advance. Check-in time after 2 pm and check-out until 12 pm, in high season check-in time after 3 pm and check-out until 11 am, but the ideal is always to combine the times.
