Beautiful 8 Bd/8 Bath Victorian Home in Downtown Santa Barbara, great for group

Perfectly located in a cute section of Santa Barbara, walking distance from State Street and many shops, restaurants, and other amenities.In addition to a great exterior with beautiful outdoor areas, the inside offers great gathering places, comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms, all well appointed and clean. Moreover, the age of the original construction offers quiet, even in a full house.Shout out to the team. We started getting details as our date arrived, making check in easy. Humberto followed up frequently, but not intrusively to assure our comfort. The cleaning team did a great job giving us a clean home to enjoy.We would visit again without hesitation!

Wonderful place to stay with extended family and relax. It’s a 100 year old home but well maintained and stayed cool in very hot summer temps. The host is extremely communicative and attentive to any need. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and beautiful house. Humberto, the property manager, was extremely kind and accommodating. The cleaning staff, however, were extremely rude. They made a mistake on our checkout time and rudely asked us to leave early. When we indicated that we were not scheduled to check out yet by showing the agreement, they said we could stay but would let management know we “asked for an extension”. There was a lot of back and forth because we tried to clarify that we are not extending our stay, but rather leaving at the previously agreed upon time. The cleaning staff eventually left, but came back 15 minutes prior to our stay being over. They then proceeded to lock doors, such as the kitchen, so we couldn’t get in, even though it was very clear we were still cleaning up and packing.

Our house was beautiful as expected as were the yards. We accommodated 18 people in eight bedrooms, each with en suite facilities. The host was extremely gracious and responsive. Everyone kept thanking me for the experience. Fabulous neighborhood for walking all around.

We had a great time with 10 family-members during Thanksgiving week. Cheers to the host.

We stayed here for a couple days with our family to get married at the Santa Barbara courthouse! It was the perfect place. We walked to the courthouse (took less than 10 min) for our ceremony and then hungout at the house for the rest of the day. Perfect place to relax with loved ones! We had 2 kids with us who are under 10, and they loved the property. Would highly recommend!

This inn is beautiful. The pictures are accurate and it is just lovely. This nor your typical VRBO, it is an event inn and the hosts are very willing to sell catered food. If you are looking to book adults to share the rooms are all lovely and the 15 of us were very happy.

I would absolutely recommend this rental for your stay! The house was a huge hit! Since it is a b+b we were able to do the full buyout and it was so perfect for a large group. Each room has a private bathroom and the house had plenty of space to gather. From the spacious living room, dining area and back patio it fit all our needs for a weekend in Santa Barbara!

The property and old house are beautiful, though carpets and kitchen floor are a little shabby. We asked to have the carpets vacuumed, and Umberto made that happen. He was very accommodating, allowing us to put some things on the deck before we checked in However, I think his cleaning staff and he were not in agreement. It was my understanding that check-out was at 11 am - its tough to get 15 people out the night after a wedding - and Lupita was quite nasty about it. Overall, the property is lovely and was a wonderful gathering spot.
