Stayed Jul 19, 2025House was in very good condition and conveniently provided towels and linens. The backyard was spacious and the location of the home was ideal to walk to the beach, Monahans and shops.

Stayed Jun 6, 2024The house was extremely clean with a great yard and is in a fabulous location! The Narragansett Beach passes were a nice touch too. The beach is walkable from the house if you’re up for it, but we chose to drop off chairs and coolers with the car! We were glad to have brought a backup air mattress since the futon from the listing didn’t seem to be in any of the bedrooms. Plenty of space to blow it up in one of the first floor bedrooms though. We had a great time here and would recommend it to any group!

Stayed Jul 29, 2023A lovely house, well-stocked with everything a visitor could need, extremely comfortable for sleeping and relaxing with a very nice deck and backyard for our grandchildren to play ball. It's conveniently situated for the beach, restaurants, shops, and the town of Narragansett. We loved our week there and hope we can rent the same house next summer. Thank you, Gregg!

Stayed Aug 6, 2022We had a wonderful stay. Gregg answered all of our questions in advance so we came with only what we needed. The house had lots of space for us to spread out and be together. It was clean and well stocked. Walked to many places in the area. The beaches are gorgeous. Overall a wonderful family vacation.
