Our beautiful 7 Bedroom home is located in Granby in the Heart of the Rockies! Skiing is just 2 miles down the road at Granby Ranch with Winter Park Resort a short 20 min drive. Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake are each 30 mins down the road. We also have golfing and downhill biking within 2 miles of our home. Enjoy views from every window, our 2 family rooms plus game room, hot tub, and fully stocked kitchen! Come make lasting memories in our spacious home year round!

Our home is perfectly situated for multi family groups and comfortably sleeps 20. We also have another 7 bedroom home across the street making these 2 homes perfect for Large family gatherings or corporate events.

Our main level (no stairs required) offers an open layout making out kitchen, dining, and living space perfect for everyone to gather! You will find plenty of space for movie night on our massive living room sectional. Curl up for a movie on our 80TV while the fireplace sets the ambiance! Our master bedroom with king bed, TV and en-suite bath is also found on this level.

Our upstairs level offers 2 queen bedrooms, 1 king bedroom, and a shared bath with shower/tub combo. There is also a loft area with reading nook to curl up and enjoy a good book.

Our lower level offers offers our second family TV room and a bonus game room with mini ping pong table, fooseball table, and bar area! Step out the game area doors and take a soak in our private hot tub! On this level you will also find 3 queen bedrooms, a bunk room with 2 sets of full over full bunks and shared bath.

*Garage fits two cars, driveway fits 2. 4 vehicle max. .

All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker(Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances(griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).

- 5-minute drive to Ski Granby Resort Parking Lot (where the entrance, the Ranch House, and
the various seasonally available dining options are located).
- Hiking and Biking Trails are accessible outside the property.
- 5-minute drive to Granby Ranch Golf Course
- 3-minute drive to Grand Elk Golf Course
- A Disc Golf Course is available during the Summer via chairlift access via day lift passes.
- Lift-accessed downhill mountain biking and cross-country trails available. (Requires
signed liability waiver and either a day pass or lift ticket purchase)
- 30-minute drive to Grand Lake and the Kawuneeche Visitor Center in Rocky Mountain
National Park
- 30-minute drive to Winter Park Ski Resort
- 15-minute drive to Hot Sulphur Springs
- 20-minute drive to Lake Granby
- 3-minute drive to City Market (Groceries), McDonalds, & Subway
- 5-minute drive to the town of Granby

Rental Rules:

1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of vehicles total at our home (4). No on-street parking allowed at anytime. Our HOA does fine and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will loose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the home owner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.
8.) ATV’s, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community
roads or properties
9.) No loud outdoor noise between 10 pm to 8 am daily
10.) Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm
11.) Guests must adhere to all county fire bans.
12.) Fireworks are NEVER permitted

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.

    We celebrated our mom’s 80th Birthday at the house. It was great to have rooms for everyone to sleep and the full kitchen to cook for 10 people. Beautiful area!

    My book club stayed here in May and it was such a perfect getaway for our large group of 14. The location is wonderful and the views are beautiful. The only reason this isn’t a 5 stars is because we were really hoping for lounge chairs and cozy outdoor furniture because they have such a great outdoor space that could accommodate something of the sort. The inside of the house is wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!

    We had an awesome stay! There were 18 of us and the space was comfortable. Really appreciated the abundance of towels and cleaning supplies provided -- always a plus when traveling! Staff was quick with their responses and friendly. The views are incredible and a convenient location. Only downside was maybe having a couple more king beds as the rooms were big enough to support it, but overall an awesome time. Would stay again!

    This house features fantastic mountain views and bird watching from the living room and dining deck. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook and bake. The hot tub is super clean and beds comfortable. Management was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
