Beautiful 5BR, 5 Bath Newer Home Near Family Beach with Pool Access

Very nice layout with 5 bedrooms and each with a bathroom. Location close to bridge to island and easy walk to beach. Golf cart rental made it even easier.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home so much! Close enough to the pier and restaurants/park that our teenagers rode their bikes. Very quiet street and overall felt very safe. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows for those of us who forgot ours. There were extra beach chairs and toys with a wagon to use as well. The outdoor shower made rinsing off after the beach so nice! We all loved the 2 spinning chairs in the living room. Plenty of seating for the 11 of us for meals and games between the outdoor deck table and indoor dining table. The community pool was nice but could get crowded at times. The beach access directly beside the house was nice but is sandy. We ultimately chose to walk down to Duneside Dr. and use the access at the end of it. Slightly easier with small kids and wagons. Owners are quick to respond to any question and we would definitely stay here again.

We vacationed with family and had all ages (youngest a 2 y.o). The house was fully equipped and very well cared for. We were so impressed with the attention to detail and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend this house for a family beach week. There is a community pool that the younger family used. They often had this pool to themselves. We did have a golf cart that made beach access easy off Private Road Public access. There’s plenty of room, pillows, blankets/throws. There’s also plenty of parking.

This house was very spacious for the 2 families we had staying there. Bathrooms for every room. Large living room and kitchen. Plenty of deck space and parking. TV’s and appliances have been upgraded since photos.Hosts were very responsive.

A great house with plenty of room for our family. Location was perfect, nice pool, close to the beach. The kitchen has all the items and some to prepare great family meals. Endless pots, pans, that most houses don't offer.

the home was clean inside and out, well-stocked kitchen with plenty of pots and pans and utensils, plates and silverware. extra ice maker too. My one concern was that there seemed to be something wrong with the placement of the duct work under the house for the HVAC in that the large bedroom with 2 beds downstairs was always 5-10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. I kept the blinds closed in there and kept the door open to no avail. it would be almost chilly in the LR but that bedroom would be uncomfortably hot. not fair to anyone using it.

Good location, enclosed outside shower, great AC, TV, fast washer/dryer lots of bathrooms. Use of neighborhood pool is a big plus. NO LINEN OR TOWELS included is a big drawback.

Beautiful home, well maintained, plenty of room, super nice hosts. Extremely clean. 10 out of 10
