Beautiful 5 Bedroom House with Pool & Guest House - Steps to Beach & Town

We love everything about this location/house/pool! The neighborhood is so pretty and quiet!! We all enjoyed our walks into town. The shopping in Falmouth is fun for all ages!The landscaping is beautiful!! Thank you so much!!

Stunning property with beautiful plantings and pool. Extended family, all enjoyed our stay for the week. The property manager was very responsive when we texted him. It's great to be able to walk to town and the beach!

Perfect family reunion spot. The pool setup is even better than in the photos. There is a small (covered) gazebo for comfy lounging during the day. And then there is a large outdoor table for family meals in the evening (that is nicely shaded by the home). The friendly property manager was easy to reach by cell when we had any questions. The grounds are impeccably landscaped.It would have been lovely if there were some beach chairs (and a beach umbrella) to borrow. Also, you hear the footsteps of folks in the 3rd floor master bedroom in the 2nd floor bedrooms. I might have preferred hybrid or foam mattresses to the older coil mattresses in some bedrooms. Bring blackout curtains if you need them, as the lovely decorative curtains don't block the morning sunshine. Overall it was a magical vacation. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again!

This is the perfect place for enjoying Falmouth and the Cape. The property is spacious, well maintained, and immaculate. It has everything you need. We enjoyed cooking and grilling as well as the short walk to Main St restaurants. The pool is such a bonus. Owner and manager are great. We highly recommend a stay here!

The house, pool, and the garden areas are wonderful!! We all look forward to our vacation here! The kids love to ‘walk to town’! Great location!! Great shopping within walking distance! It’s just about the most perfect week spent together!

Such a great house! Convenient to everything! The pool was a game changer for the kids! This was the first time we stayed in Falmouth. We usually stay mid cape. Glad we took a chance on a new place! We’re hoping it’s available next for our family vacation!

Quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown area of shops and restaurants, Falmouth Farmers Market, waterside restaurants, and Martha’s Vineyard ferry. Walk to beach or drive down to drop off bulky items if you have a bigger group/kids. Well-stocked, updated kitchen. Easy check in and check out process. The pool area is amazing and very unique for a Cape home - we spent most of our stay in the heated oversized pool with outdoor seating and dining areas. Special find among Cape rentals.

Wonderful family vacay in a beautifully landscaped and super QUIET setting, still close to everything. The pool house provided great overflow space for a peaceful nap or a good book on a rainy afternoon. But the pool is the star of the show! Our little grandchildren spent hours happily at play in and around the pool. We had to remind them that there was a playhouse with a slide and swing on the property.

This property suits our needs perfectly! We love the house, the pool house and the pool. The automatic pool cover gives us a sense of safety with the grandchildren! The grandchildren love walking to town! 🙌😃

Location to town, ferry and beach is great. We appreciated having a heated pool, especially in Sept.
