Stayed Oct 10, 2025We were in town for a short stay and encountered some rain, but the house was awesome, it felt so homelike and loved by the owners who actually stopped by and brought us a home baked cake!!! I have never encountered that degree of caring not only for their home but for those staying there! It was amazing

The home is extremely well taken care of everything was perfect there. The home offers a large living room-dining room area perfect for large families. The pool/outdoor area was fantastic kids and adults loved it and a very short walk to the beach. Could not be more pleased with experience. Would highly recommend this home and garden city realty.

The pool was refreshing and the backyard surprisingly private. Loved sitting on the back balcony watching the wildlife on the marsh. And everything was so clean!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying with Garden City Realty for probably 20 years or more. The gate to the pool was broken when we got there. The price for next year went up over 20% which is just ridiculous and when I asked about it the girl said she didn't do the pricing but didn't get me anyone who could help me. The house needs basic upkeep like painting, etc.
