BEAUTIFUL 5 BEDROOM DOG FRIENDLY HOME IN TOM NEVERS

Perfect house for our 2 families and 2 dogs with great sunset views from the deck and just down the road from Tom Nevers beach. We love it and will be back again next year!

Great house and location in Tom Nevers! We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and we were able to bring our dogs with us! They had a great time on the beach and even met some new friends. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood very close to the beach. Thanks again!

Gilligan’s Island was everything it promised to be and much more. I highly recommend the property. The host was communicative and beyond generous. The home was roomy, property secluded, and the backyard was perfect for afternoon and evening social hours with the other house guests. Gilligan’s Island is truly Ithaca.

We really had a fantastic time on the island. The house was the perfect location and my family seemed to really enjoy the accommodations. It was easy to Uber everywhere and the weather cooperated the entire time! We would love to stay again!

This is a gem of a property and we look forward to returning when we can. Although it rained for most of our weekend there, we had a wonderful time relaxing indoors with plenty of space for all of us to catch up, watch tv, play games. Our first night we had a BBQ and enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Beds were very comfortable and the place was impeccably clean. Jamie was a pleasure to work with, clear communication and quick response time if we had a quick question.

The home was even better than the pictures! The outdoor space was amazing with a beautiful yard. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! There were also bikes, a surplus of beach towels and beach chairs that were a fantastic addition. I highly recommend renting this home!

Spacious home perfect for two families! Great location to bike to the beach, large fenced in lawn terrific for backyard games and our dog, Well stocked kitchen and large dining table created many awesome memories of great food and great times. Highly recommend this home for a fantastic getaway at our favorite island!

This house is a great family vacation home on Nantucket. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Tom Nevers it has everything you need. Bikes. Towels. Chairs. Hot tub!! Perfect cooking kitchen. Great yard convenient to the beach and town. We would definitely come back. One of the best properties we have stayed at on Nantucket

Our host was very thoughtful and generous. The property worked well for a family of all ages with lots of space for the kids to play outside, lots of games and beach equipment and all we needed in the house. We had a wonderful week!

I have been renting houses on Nantucket for decades and have never experienced anything like Gilligan’s Island! It is located in a great part (Tom Nevers, super close to the beach) and we were blown away by how well stocked it is! We basically had to bring nothing (house comes with bikes, yard games, tennis rackets, etc). Access to the tennis/pickle ball courts and the hot tub were a big plus. Jamie was so responsive and awesome. Overall an incredible property, perfect for a family vacation! We will never rent another house again!!
