Stayed May 24, 2024This property was the best ever...right on the beach...very peaceful listening to the ocean...the teenagers enjoyed the beach...not overly crowded....the sleeping area is downstairs and perfect for resting peacefully while others are upstairs chatting. Will definitely rent again. Very clean. Definitely perfect for a large group of people and parking is perfect...only downfall is finding the little driveway that leads to the house. All restaurants very close distance and a quick ride to seaside if you want. Neighbors were very friendly.

Stayed Jun 28, 2023OUT of TOWN guests be aware! The host is not the most hospitable person she has been very short and not friendly. This is not a common practice specially for luxury rentals. The host did not communicate it during check in or any of the correspondence. They did give us a key to a closet that had some sheets and towels but they were dirty and dusty. The host also is not great with communication I would not stay here again. The only positive is the location and the property manager who was very kind but not the owner of the property which is the person you communicate with.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022You just cannot beat the view from the deck and easy access to the beach, Jenkinson's, and Bay Head.
