Plenty of room for a family. Bathrooms were updated. Good communication with host. Would stay again!

Very spacious home for a great price! Accommodating to children and pets. Home had a nostalgic, visiting grandparents, out in the upper peninsula feel, which personally we don't mind :). We went through a huge snow storm during the week and the owner came out to plow for us even when he was snowed in that morning, which was very kind! Check out instructions were clearly laid out, which was appreciated. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. Had a great vacation thanks to our hosts.

No issues with host. All good. Clean property with fenced yard for our dog. Strange there are no curtains on the upper main floor, but overall great property that we will stay at again.

Great space with plenty of privacy. Close to everything we needed. Perfect location for wedding preparation. Great kitchen, dinning family area. Yard was great for photography too.We will definitely be back.

The house fit me and my 6 friends comfortably with each of us having our own space to sleep. We also like the fire ring in the back yard to hang out around.

Absolutely great place for a large group. Plenty of space for people to hang out, plenty of parking, and close to Marquette.

Nice clean place. The owner appeared in the back yard just before dark the night before we left. I had the storm door open about a foot so we would know when our small dog wanted in. I did leave it ajar for a while. So he was spying on us. I saw a guy walking around and he did identity himself but the listed owner was a woman. Even though there was a little breeze he was concerned the wind would rip the door off the house. There in no way was enough wind to damage anything. If there was i would not have left the door cracked. Pretty scary having a strange guy looking in the window. No curtains on the upstairs windows so it was easy for him to spy on us from across the street. Other than that the stay was good.

This was the perfect location for a family wedding. The house was perfect, clean and very comfortable. Easy to get to and close enough to every function we attended. Thank you for the use of your home

Great location and beautiful property! Family friendly and dog friendly yard. My dog cam be an escaoe artist and we had no issues with the backyard here.

This property was spacious and very clean. There was room to spread out and offered a nice family friendly stay. The kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The two bathrooms were also great to have. The outside can be noisy at certain times due to the location but not a deal breaker, just have the heavy sleeper stay in the front bedroom. The backyard was great since it’s fenced in and the fire pit was great for sitting around at night. The location itself is close to everything you want to do from shopping and eating to going to the beach, riding your bikes on the paths in downtown Marquette or hitting the local MTB trails. I would definitely stay at this location again.

We happened to stay 4 days with temps up to 90’s for a family wedding. Unusual for June so we really appreciated the large fans in every bedroom. House had everything and in case anyone still irons we also found that and an ironing board. Nice for a formal occasion. Owner was very accommodating and replied quickly to any concern. Would definitely stay again.

Our daughter lives just down the road. Alot of us came in from out of town for graduation. It was nice to beable to walk back and forth if needed. 2 levels let different families have their privacy when needed. If was perfect. Hopefully we will be back. Thank you for having us.

This location was great as we celebrated our son’s NMU Graduation! Close enough to campus and very spacious allowing us to bring up close family members. The cost of this 4 bedroom 2 bath house was less than the cost of one hotel room in Marquette during graduation weekend! There was also plenty of parking including room enough to park our trailer for the big move home.

House was perfect for a trip home to see family. Met our needs and was clean and organized. Would definitely look for availability again on a future trip. They even had a Christmas tree up and lights on when we arrived!

We stayed at this location with our family for our son's graduation from NMU and it fit out needs perfectly. There is plenty of room, it is very clean and the house matches the description very accurately. We will definitely consider staying here for future trips to Marquette.

Seen old friends & family and several 'resting places' of family members Just seeing my old house in Harvey Michigan which is now a daycare! Had the best time. The house I rented was in the perfect area. And my husky Drako had the best time ever! Thank you for your hospitality and making this trip the best memory this year!💕❤️

This house is great. Location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do….close to downtown (12 min drive), lots of parking, fenced in backyard (perfect for the pup), plenty of bedrooms/living space for our group! Located on a busier intersection, but it did not take away from our experience at all. My only request would be to put up some drapes in the living room…lots of great windows for daytime light…but at night it would have been nice to shut the drapes/blinds. But overall, a great house. We will def rent again if we venture back up to the UP!

This was our second time at this property and we loved it.

Stayed the weekend to run the Marquette Marathon. Location was perfect for this purpose. The house was clean and equipped with the basics. Large fenced in yard for our dog. My daughter enjoyed all the games in the basement dresser. Only used the basement bedroom but this house has so much space for larger groups/families!

This house is huge and VERY clean! Lots of room for large families. It's in a great location, too. Centrally located to beaches, rivers, streams, grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you could need!! We will definitely come back!

A lovely vacation rental close by to all Marquette has to offer. Plenty of room and a very nice size kitchen area for a family to have plenty of room. Would definitely recommend rental!

The perfect place if you are wanting to visit Marquette! We brought our dog and the fenced in backyard was very nice! Definitely will be staying here again on our next trip to Marquette!

Plenty of space and a large kitchen. The windows were wonderful on second story and the backyard was great for the dogs. We really enjoyed our stay and would likely stay here again if in Marquette area. Highly recommend plus they allowed my husband to park his boat in the garage. Thanks!

If you need a great location for visiting Marquette, this is it. So close to everything, yet has a nice private backyard that is completely fenced in. Highs: The size of this home was incredible for our family. We did not cook at all, but the kitchen we well equipped. We did not realize there are two TVs in the home, that was nice too. All in our family only used the lower level shower and it had amazing water pressure! Lows: There was a lot of traffic that woke us at night. We did not realize this was such a main road. After the first day we were too tired from all the fun we had to notice, and the amazing backyard made any noise worth it. There was a funky smell in one of the lower level rooms. There was a dehumidifier running in the lower level that was very loud. The air conditioning was only for the upper level. It was quite warm the first two nights and sleeping was difficult. The host did provide some nice fans in all rooms. The towels were stored in under the sink cupboards. We had some that scoffed at the cleanliness of this location, we purchased additional towels and detergent and used the washer and dryer provided to wash as needed. There were no curtains in shared spaces (and quite visible from the road) and only sheers on bedrooms. Overall, this was a fantastic house for our trip, a great centralized location with lots of room. We all enjoyed our stay. With a few improvements, it would be perfect. Thank you to our hosts!
