This spacious, open floor plan, beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house is just minutes from the Track, Skidmore College and all the Broadway shops and Restaurants. The house is located in a wooded family friendly neighborhood. House sleeps 8 and is 3700 square feet. We have a beautiful modern kitchen that seats 8-10 comfortably with a full size dining room that seats 8. Central air, tv in every bedroom, wifi., large deck. There is a mudroom off of the garage with laundry amenities. All bedrooms are upstairs and are very spacious. The fully finished basement offers a full living room, pool table, dart board and an air hockey table. This is our home year round, so please we ask you to treat it with complete respect. House is decorated with many equestrian related items, and possesses a warm and homey feel.

Had a great time staying here for a quick weekend trip to Saratoga with friends. The house is perfect with a big living area, open kitchen space, and four big bedrooms upstairs. Beautiful backyard with large patio, with easy access in and out from both the main and lower levels. The host, Lynn, is the kindest and most accommodating host I've ever booked with! She made our stay a breeze, and I cant wait to come back up to Saratoga again soon. Thank you Lynn!

This a great, large space for a weekend in Saratoga with a group! Easy 10 or so minute ride to downtown/the track and the host, Lynn, was a pleasure to work with! Would stay again
