Beautiful 4 Bedroom Home on Nantucket close to Surfside

We have been traveling to Nantucket Since 1986. This past season has been difficult trying to get a vehicle across on the Steamship Ferry. I was turning 60 The first week of August and my wife surprised me with a trip. Leaving our vehicles in Hyannis and staying at home that was close to town and other locations that we like. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. The central location was perfect for visiting the beaches and walking to town. The house was very clean, comfortable, and the fresh flowers were an added bonus which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again!

The house has a parking lot and driveway on two of its sides, so you hear cars and trucks pulling in and out constantly. The host declines to purchase laundry detergent or paper towels for her guests, even as the dishwasher and a bunch of electrics didn’t work. In general it didn’t feel great to pay top Nantucket dollar for this place, will book earlier and find better value next time elsewhere.

Good location, did not realize it was a condo however and thought it was a single family house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this spacious, well-appointed, conveniently located property on Nantucket. The unit was nicely decorated, and centrally located to everything on the island. There is also a pretty deck off the back where you can relax after a day of fun. Added bonus was a friendly, neighborhood chicken who gave us eggs for breakfast! Thank you Ann for your hospitality. We look forward to returning!

We had a great stay with our children. The house is clean, everything worked, and we had everything we needed during our stay, from kitchen equipment to books and board games to beach chairs and towels. The location is very central and a short walk/bike ride to the grocery store and restaurants!

We had a great stay! The house is a perfect size and the location is good. Easy walk to town during the day and short uber ride at night (although ubers and taxis were scarce the week we were there). At times the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but we still enjoyed the porch and yard for drinks and dinner. The hosts are quick to respond - dropping off needed supplies asap after requesting. And when they realized the checkout time quoted to us (11am) was not correct (9am) they let us stay and finish packing up. This is the perfect house for both a family and couples.

We rent every year in Nantucket and this is our favorite home! The home is well decorated, beds very comfortable, rooms are good sized and the front yard is perfectly enclosed even though there are a few townhouses in the close proximity. The rooms had nice TVs for relaxing after a long day in the sun as well. The Cul-De-Sac offers a safe place for the kids to ride their bikes and it connects to the bike bath just a short ride up the road. The location of the house was great as we could get to all the main beaches and downtown with ease. A downfall of staying in the city is that it can take a bit to get out of there when heading to the beaches. We met Frank the owner who couldn't be any more accommodating! He was very kind and made sure everything was perfect for us. We are definitely going to rent again next year as we truly enjoyed our stay.
