Beautiful 4 bedroom Home by the Hill - Privacy Fenced Backyard and Fast Internet

The home was just as described, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was a short walk to parks and so many amazing restaurants in the Hill. We had an electrical fuse blow, and Andrew was easy to reach and got everything fixed quickly while we were out sightseeing. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

Property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Quick Uber rides to downtown and Forest Park. Just FYI…all of the bedrooms are upstairs. There is one bathroom upstairs that is en-suite to the master bedroom but also accessible from the hallway. Second bathroom is downstairs.

A great home in a central location for great access to many of St. Louis's amazing attractions. Street parking was easy and fit 5 people very comfortably. Would definitely stay here again!

Parking was right in front Reminds me of red stone house and nicely remodeled. The only caution if you have older adults that have problems climbing stairs. Bedrooms are on second floor Iwould stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for three nights. There were plenty of rooms for us, and we made the most of the kitchen, dining, and family rooms each morning and evening. The location was great… so convenient, and it was never a problem to find parking on the street. Communication with Andrew was great!Notes: The twin bedrooms had an inconvenient pass-through layout: anyone in the smaller sunroom-style bedroom had to walk through the larger bedroom to reach the bathroom. Additionally, the laundry facilities were located in a doorless closet within that larger twin bedroom. To avoid waking the kids, we couldn't do laundry at night or easily move between rooms.While the unit has two full bathrooms, both were quite small. The upstairs bathroom was especially difficult to use because it has two separate entrances; when both doors were open at the same time, it was almost impossible to move around inside Those were the only two things that were a little unexpected, but the spaciousness of the ground floor and the location more than made up for it.

Great location, easy to check in, adequate kitchen. Only comment is that would be nice to have a check in sheet with general info on it. Where to find what, WiFi password, how to leave the house upon checkout, etc.

Spacious. Stayed here twice now. 1st-4 adults, 2 kids / 2nd and this time 5 adults. Love that it has 2 bathrooms with showers. Just wish it had more livingroom seating. We brought inflatable chairs this time around for extra seating. But otherwise we like the location and the spaciousness of this place. Host responded quickly to questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

It was great place to meeting with friends and hang out for the weekend! Close the many things for us to do during the day and then able to unwind in the evening!

Great stay and good communication

Great location in downtown St. Louis. Located close to a beautiful park and The Hill neighborhood with delicious Italian restaurants and easy drives to the St. Louis Zoo, Budweiser Brewery,the Botanical Gardens and the Arch. Comfortable beds and large open kitchen and dining room area where we could hang out and play games. On street parking wasn’t an issue.

The house was very nice. We had plenty of room and the check out process was easy! The bedrooms were upstairs and the stairs were rather steep. Both bathrooms were great!

House was super clean and in good repair. Kitchen was nicely stocked with almost anything you might need to cook a meal. Fenced in backyard was an added bonus as we had 2 dogs with us. Host was super responsive and corrected a forgotten item within minutes! Highly recommend this property and would stay again!

House was in a wonderful location, central to almost everything (15ish min. drive). House was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived, check-in and check-out was simple. Would use again on our next trip to St. Louis!

This house was nice and comfortable enough for our long weekend stay. I did reach out to the owner with a few suggestions for improvements, lamps and area rugs in the bedrooms, and hooks for towels in the bathrooms. He was amenable to that. If he makes those changes, I would say this property could be a 5.

This was the perfect place for our family to gather and attend our daughter’s Wash U graduation!

We were in town for a family wedding, it fit our needs. We like the location easy to get around for sight seeing and close to wedding venue.Safe neighborhood, easy available parking. The stairs could be challenging the anyone with impaired mobility they’re somewhat steep and a bit rickety. It’s an older home. Nice yard and porch. The twin bedrooms connect through one of the bedrooms and there is a washer and dryer in the bedroom that leads to the second twin room. It fit our needs as we wanted 4 bedrooms and 4 beds. I didn’t realize the twin bedrooms were connect, one is very small but it’s same as listed. Beds were comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were perfect.The main living space is roomy and comfortable. The Main Street off the side street house is on, can sound busy in the morning. Pleasant neighborhood. Host was great and very responsive.

We were in town for a family wedding and the location provided easy access to all of the wedding activities. Andrew was a great communicator and responded quickly to all of our inquires. The house was clean and comfortable! Make sure to explore The Hill and experience the wonderful Italian cuisine. We would definitely stay at the Beautiful 4 bedroom Home by the Hill again.

We had a great stay for our weekend together. Our host was helpful, accommodating and quick to respond.After the first night everyone was so impressed with how comfortable the mattresses were and how quiet it was inside the house. This location was great for us. We went to the Botanical Gardens, enjoyed authentic Italian pizza, had a wonderful meal at a Mexican restaurant that was only a few blocks away. There is lots to do in this area-near the garden district and the Hill-and it is close to the interstate.We are hoping to return for another fun time together!

The house was charming and in a great location. Beds were very comfortable. Andy was a great host and easy to work with.

The property is in a great location in The Hill neighborhood. Very central to many attractions. We visited the zoo, City Museum, Union Station, the Arch, and Forrest Park. All were very easy drives from this property. I think the longest drive was 10 minutes.Highly recommended, I would stay here again!

Wanted a hassle-free, clean, comfortable home with room for our family of five and this checked every box. Communication with property manager was excellent!

We were looking for a central location to meet up with family, and this location worked. We also wanted to catch up, play some games, and have some decent meals without having to get back in the car and drive, this place checked all those boxes. There are a number of restaurants, delis, donuts shops, etc... all within a short walk.

If you are visiting The Hill in St. Louis, this is a nice house. Not far from the Arch too. We were attending a wedding at St Ambrosia and it’s within walking distance (approximately 10 min walk).

We picked the Southwest Garden rental due to its easy access to downtown and other areas we were going to visit. We were pleasantly surprised by its proximity to the Italian neighborhood, The Hill. Walkable area that opened up a number of options for dining, coffee, etc. The owner was easy to work with and responsive.

This property worked well for our family. It’s on a one-way street on the edge of The Hill. The master bed was more comfortable than I expected to be in rental houses. The host communicated very quickly.

Older home that has been nicely restored with a privacy fenced back yard. Convenient location to Busch Stadium. Second floor laundry was helpful. Great italian restaurants nearby. More space than we needed but I had to find last minute accomodations when our concert was rescheduled. The host was very accomodating!
