Beautiful 3600sq ft Sag Harbor Village Home, Saltwater Pool, Walk to Beach &Town

This home is perfect. Spacious, everything updated, comfortable. Home away from home. Easy walk to town which we did every day. Incredible restaurants. Highly recommended.

The house is perfectly located close to town and near the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook. Beds were so comfortable and beach towels/chairs provided The pool was wonderful as well clean and very peaceful sitting on the lounges. The house has so much charm and was just perfect for our family get away.

The home was it was shown on the website, location was good, and the host was very communicative. We highly recommend this property.

The house is conveniently located near downtown Sag Harbor- beds were comfortable and clean. All amenities in kitchen were nice. We enjoyed gathering in the big family room at the end of the day.Owners are very nice folks and very easy to communicate with- highly recommend!

We were a large group of families with kids of different ages- the house was great for us because there was plenty of space in the common rooms for everyone to hang out and town is less than a mile walk. We spent lots of time in the pool and eating on the patio which was also great!

Clean, spacious and well equipped home made for an enjoyable family vacation. Pool was an added plus when we didn’t want to go to the beach.

First off I want to say Mark the owner is the best host I have ever dealt with. His timely responses to my questions and concerns were excellent. He was helpful to the ninth degree. Our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 kids 5 and under enjoyed our 6 night stay in the spacious home. Plenty of room for kids to run around and play. The beds are comfortable, towels clean and fresh and kitchen very well stocked. The pool was a welcomed relief as we were there during a heat wave. I give it a 10 out of 10 and will definitely stay again should our travels take us back to Sag Harbor.

Stayed with a larger group of adults for a long weekend. Wonderful property with plenty of space. The location was perfect! Such a quick ride into town and extremely easy check in and out process. Mark was very responsive as well. Definitely would recommend!

Price was right, house was very clean, plenty of towels, kitchen was fully stocked with all kitchen needs, Owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location right outside of the town of Sag Harbor …beach nearby ….house was spacious enough for my grandchildren and children …. Nice large kitchen and dining area …..!…only issue was the Roku TV in liv room ….other than that ..we all had a fabulous thanksgiving holiday together ….,…..would stay again ….!…Host answered quickly to any questions we had .

Everything was excellent! We went out to eat but also did a pizza/movie night and the kitchen had everything we needed and the living room also was well equipped! Great stay!

It is unfortunate that we cannot attach pics. We travel extensively, this was by far our worst experience. The house was plainly speaking not properly cleaned for months. Our group of 10 had small kids and grandparents among us. Kitchen was unusable. The stove and the hood have not been cleaned for extended period of time. A thick layer of grease covered the hood and stove. When we tried boiling water in a pot, the grease started melting and dripping from the hood. Spots and grease on appliances, trashcan was dirty, tables unwiped with food stains and on and on. And the awful smell from it permeated the entire 1st floor. We had to avoid the kitchen and surrounding areas most of the times. Outside grill not cleaned for ages and unusable. Other rooms were not much better. Dust everywhere, blinds dark-brown from accumulated dust and dirt. Paint peeling off in places. Brown and yellow spots on ceilings. And possible mold as well. We had to wash sheets before going to sleep ourselves. After cleaning the washing machine that’s it. You get the picture These problems could not be easily fixed with another cleaning. We, of course, contacted the owner and they offered to send a cleaning crew next day. We rejected since the house required multiday deep clean and repairs. Request for partial refund was denied. We don’t understand how the house has so many great reviews. Perhaps, it fell into disrepair in the last year. The latest review is more than a year old.

The best property I have stayed at! The house is very well kept and has everything one could ask for. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. The house is a 25 minute walk into town on a sidewalk street and a 5 minute walk to the most perfect private beach. I would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our time here. Such a fantastic home - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. The house had a well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful pool, and great communal spaces. Having local beach access was ideal. Would recommend this property to any groups coming to Sag Harbor.
