Beautiful 3 room quiet, top of villa, renovated 2018, secure parking

We had a really great week in Pascals and Anne’s House. They were very kind and helpful with everything. The parking situation was great as well. We would definitely book this house again.

The apartment is exactly as described and as seen in the pictures. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Pascal is a great host. If you have any questions, someone is always there to help. The shopping mall and a bakery are within walking distance. Everything else, like beaches, you have to go by car. Unfortunately, the pool is not suitable for families with children who want to splash around and have fun. There are very strict pool rules. In addition, the entire pool area is directly in front of the hosts' living rooms. But we‘ve deal with it... Thank you for the week and for being so accommodating.

Thank you very much for the beautiful, relaxing vacation. We have enjoyed a very relaxing 2 weeks. Communication with the owner was easy. He also speaks English. I only speak German, but this was no problem with the translator APP. The welcome on the day of arrival was personal and very friendly. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, an extra toilet and a kitchen-living room. It was very clean and the furniture was contemporary. There is also an air conditioner, this is also essential here in the summer. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Refrigerator, oven with microwave, hob, washing machine. At the oven, our owner has even set the language to German. The location is very central. There is a shopping complex, bakery and supermarket nearby. All in walking distance. To the beach it is a bit further, here the car is necessary. Day trips to Monaco, Nice and Cannes are easy. We, 4 people, two adults and two children, also stayed in the apartment for a few days to relax. The pool is beautiful and could be used by us without any restrictions. The residential area was very quiet and relaxing. Who wants a party has to go to the beach. All in all a wonderful vacation, we can fully recommend the apartment

The Appartement is nicely furnitures, and has the basics you need in the kitchen. Nespresso-Machine, Water cooker is also there. The cutting board was placed on the ground at the wall, quite often used, would need a refurbishment. We give only 3* for the cleanliness as the kitchen drawer needs definitely a cleaning, and the drain in the bathroom gave us a tough time. The smell out of the drainpipe was disturbing the whole week we stayed, every day. I would recommend to fix it, as it is really annoying for the renter

A super apartment located in a quiet residential area. An immaculate accommodation close to a range of amenities. Pascal is a charming host who kindly advised on places of interest and nearby shops and advice on getting around the area. Our stay was enhanced by amazing weather and trips into the surrounding hills. A safe and secure location ideal for those looking for a quiet getaway location. The apartment is well equipped modern and comfortable. We would love to return to explore further the Côte d’Azur area.

We had an absolutely great vacation at this property at the begging of September 2019. The location is good, close to the sea, medieval villages and the mountains. The house is a typical Provencal villa, extremelly well kept and clean, tastefully decorated and loaded with all modern amenities while preserving the character of the house. The hosts, Anne and Pascal are very friendly, accommodating and attentive to all their guests’ needs. I don’t have enough words to appreciate our experience. Do not hesitate to book this apartment on your next trip to the area. Thank you very much, Anne and Pascal for your irreproachable and warm hospitality. We’ve been here for a week. Great apartment and location. From here you can easily go to places like Nice, Cannes, Antibes etc. Don’t forget Saint Paul. The apartment has everything you need with a relaxing swimming pool. And last but not least; the host is really friendly and helpfull.

The apartment was newly renovated and sparkling clean. The owner family was nice and helpful, our family can truly recommend this place!
