Very quiet and relaxing.
The property was perfect for what my friends and I were looking for, a quiet retreat space for wine drinking and card playing. Everything was there for a mid-week getaway and we never had to leave the house to go get any supplies. Was able to bring my dog along and not worry about her as we sat on the porch in the morning with our coffee and fall morning weather. Would definitely book again!
Very comfortable place and the hosts put some thought into what is needed. All the standard kitchen appliances, etc. Nice thing for us was the kitchen was also supplied with cooking oils and spices. We had a great relaxing time, and we would stay again if we were in the area.
This is a very cute house - interesting layout and amazing views back and front. We saw deer, a family of wild turkeys, and jack rabbits come up and down the hill. We loved the peace and quiet of the location. There were a lot of wasps that unfortunately prevented us from being able to use the decks at all, which was part of why we chose the house. (The property manager did let us know the day before our arrival that they were treating for them, but that was too late for us to change plans.) The house was not super clean (dog hair) and there were stains on the carpet upstairs, but otherwise, it was a comfortable vacation home for a family with a young child. We would probably consider coming back again if it weren’t for the wasps!
We had a great time, Medford is a great place to stay and see so many beautiful sights. The home was just the perfect location for us on this trip.
My partner and I stayed here with my two sons and our dogs. It was such a beautiful home, well kept and very comfortable. We all enjoyed it and felt like we had numerous options space-wise to enjoy time together and time alone when needed. The deck in the backyard was beautiful. I enjoyed sitting there looking at the stars in the evening. The front porch is also very inviting. We watched a thunderstorm or two from it and enjoyed the peach and quiet. My family is hoping to return here next summer.
My favorite!
We had a wonderful stay. The house was welcoming and beautiful. We felt right at home. A good time was had by all. We will definitely request this home on our next visit.
Had everything we needed, plus some.
In a beautiful setting in a lovely home.
Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. It was both spacious and comfy for a chilly Thanksgiving weekend.
Great property, modern and well-appointed, clean and scenic. You can't go wrong with this property, and the property manager was great to work with. Jacksonville was a fun town to explore, I recommend the EART hike a few miles away for great views, and Bella Union restaurant for great food and service.
Loved this house and it’s garden/outdoor areas. Close to everything. The layout is great and it had more than what we needed to enjoy our trip. Excellent communication and no problems at all.
We loved the property. We al liked the location in the woods with birds, squirrels, and turkeys. Nice deck. One suggestion is to provide luggage racks to put suitcases on. We are old and it is difficult to bend down to your suitcase.
My three brothers and I traveled here to meet our mother…. All together united for the first time. Super sweet, super special and this house and location were perfect! Absolutely stunning views and the deck space was amazing! Thank you for the comfortable beds, clean shower and multiple amenities. We had the absolute best time and we hope to return soon:)
My family spent 11 lovely days here. We had so many things planned for our trip. However, our 3 year old loved exploring and playing around the house so much we ended up canceling almost all of them! We had a wonderful time as a family, and our two dogs have never been happier. We’ll definitely be back!
Overall a very good experience. We loved the setting and the various wild animals and peaceful outdoor areas. The home was comfortable and the only issue we had was the tot tub was not working. We would highly recommend this property!
My partner and I had a wonderful time staying here. The skylight over the bathtub is a wonderful feature. The tub is so spacious that both my partner and I sat in there at the same time and just watched the clouds go by. Very much recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet get away.
We enjoyed our stay with our small dog and 2 young children. The property is secluded yet close to town and wineries. The kids enjoyed watching the wildlife and exploring the property. They also enjoyed the bonus room. The kitchen was well stocked and made preparing for the trip easier. The only, potential, down side is lack of Verizon signal in this location. We were able to use the wifi but traditional phone calls were not possible.
We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our group, beautiful outdoor area, nice kitchen...just very well done. And the location was perfect. Close to Britt garden trails, quick to Applegate wineries and just a few minutes to Jacksonville. Snap this one up if you're planning a trip to the area.
My husband and I, our best friends, and our old dog stayed at this wonderful property while our son's wedding was happening in the local area. The house was very clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Be prepared to at least partially unplug as the cell service can be spotty and the internet might not be up to streaming standards. Overall a wonderful stay and we would stay again!
We so enjoyed this beautiful, well stocked, thoughtful property for our family vacation. Highly recommend the home, the natural beauty and accessibility to all the things Southern Oregon!
