Stayed Oct 21, 2023Nice condo in a residential area made it feel very welcoming. Able to walk to get coffee every morning and enjoy restaurants close by. Beautiful area with trees lining the street. 20 min. Drive takes you downtown and enjoy the night life. Perfect location.

Stayed Sep 9, 2023Ginas home was beautiful. My family and Instayed there for 7 nights and we felt right at home. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The pool and hot tub were nice a relaxing. We were a half an hour from every where we needed to be. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it. You won’t be disappointed.

Stayed Jul 5, 2023THERE WERE A FEW THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED BUT COULD WAIT UNTIL AFTER OUR STAY AND I LISTED THOSE ISSUES. THE TOILET ON THE GROUND FLOOR WAS APPARENTLY FIXED WHILE WE WERE NOT HOME, AND THAT WAS A BIT DISTURBIMNG-SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD WHEN SOMEONE WAS COMING. RESPONSE TIME WAS UNEVEN

Stayed Jun 22, 2023We were in town visiting family in Northglenn. Gina’s townhome was plenty of space for family of three. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the abundance of towels and basics such as paper products and pantry items. When I booked the home, I was somewhat worried about on street parking but we were always able to find a spot very close to the unit. The pool area was very nice and well maintained and very close to the unit. Would stay again!
