Beautiful 3 Bedroom lakefront home less than 15 mins to Cooperstown. Sleeps 8+

Was wonderful staying on the water. Host addressed our difficulty getting in right away. Spring is a wonder Time in Cooperstown.

Beautiful home, and stunning view. Communication was great. Couple of things I wish were listed ... There is no stove, and we did bring food to cook so that was something we had to work around. Also, I've never stayed in a rental that did not supply shampoo, toilet paper, coffee - a few basics like that were missing. Luckily there was a store nearby, so it was fine and there were some other essentials in stock in the house. Overall it was a great stay!

House was clean, exactly as described. Perfect for our group of four and Harold was an absolutely fantastic host

Great location

Beautiful location. Plenty of room for families and was quiet and comfortable. We had an issue with the washer that was promptly resolved but the owner, no questions asked. Highly recommend

Harold was the best communicator with me answering the thousands of questions I had…amazing place and location to the baseball fields was just under 20 minutes. The house was filled with everything you need and more. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. My kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and catching a variety of fish every time. The neighbor was super friendly as well. I would highly recommend this place not because it was awesome but because of how well and quickly Harold answered any question(s) I had almost immediately. I would stay here again. Thank you Harold for the lake life experience!

Great stay at the lake house! Terrific location on a beautiful lake. House was clean with all of the necessary features.

Lovely location on the lake! Owner supplied detailed check-in information prior to arrival. Stayed during a Cooperstown Field of Dreams tournament week. When dealing with other families, this (about 15-20 minute) drive to the park was one of the closest (and nicest). Daytime temperatures varied, from low 50s and cloudy to upper 80s and sunny. We were happy to find (and use) warm sleeping bags for the cooler days! If you’re traveling with anyone who has limited mobility, this property does have stairs (with sturdy hand rail) from the parking area to the home. The remainder of the walkway is lined with concrete pavers You walk through the entrance into the main level with a living area that includes kitchen/dining/couches with spectacular views of the lake. No TV on main level (if that’s important to you; we enjoyed the solitude). There is a bluetooth-enabled Bose speaker. Upstairs has 3 BR (one with TV) and 1 full bath. The downstairs area has another TV, 2nd full bath, and laundry facilities. It opens to a deck with seating area, dock, fishing boat. If I return to the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this home again.

The house was adorable. We just needed a place while we went to a wedding and it suited us.

Wanted to take our boys to see the HOF in Cooperstown and we’re looking for a house outside the bustle of the town itself. This lake house was ideally situated close enough to Cooperstown (~20 minutes) but very private with a beautiful view, eight on a nearby lake. We would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen sponge was just so really filthy , and the lower floor had many spiders and webs. Other then that it is a lovey place.

Enjoyed our stay, great views of the lake from about every room. 2 full bathrooms was a plus with my family, always hot water. Great location to town, great price chopper nearby. Loved the canoe and kayaks, the water was a little chilly but the boys still went swimming. Laundry was very handy.
