Stayed Mar 26, 2026We had a small problem with the stove, and it was resolved quickly and satisfactorily by the host. Great communication and response.This fit our little group perfectly. We were there for wrestling and the bonus of being able to run in the state park next door and on the beach was just amazing!

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Excellent location, within two blocks of the beach and right next to the First Landing State Park. Just over two miles from the Virginia Beach boardwalk. Probably not the place for you if you don't like climbing stairs, but we had a great time during our visit.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025Felt like we were nestled in a treehouse. Property is situated perfectly in a quiet residential neighborhood at the entrance of First Landing and across the street from the beach! House was well stocked with kitchen and beach necessities. Loved the open concept kitchen/dining and balcony for family time.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025The house is very nice. Well appointed and well supplied with nearly everything you might need for a stay. It is located about 50 ft from the south entrance of First Landing State Park and so park facilities are easily accessed. The only issue we had was that we could not make use of the Netflix streaming account because the login had apparently expired and we had no information on how to log back in. Also, the owner apparently has a video and audio monitoring system running in the house and so we were being recorded for several days before we discovered the system and could turn it off. Information about the presence of this system should have been prominently displayed. It was not. No one wants to be recorded during their stay. Overall though, we would rent this house again. We did enjoy our stay.
