Stayed Aug 16, 2025We had an amazing time at this vacation rental! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were super comfortable.The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a couple minutes to either Nevada City and Grass Valley, restaurants, and shops. We especially loved the outdoor space; sipping coffee on the patio every morning was a highlight!Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience.We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Stayed Apr 24, 2024We did a Girls Getaway and were delighted with this property. The home and grounds are beautiful and leave nothing to be desired. And it was under a 10 minute drive to downtown Grass Valley. Nevada City and Grass Valley are both very cute. It was Perfect !

Stayed Apr 9, 2024We stayed here for a week spring break time. I do have to work couple days so fast internet access is very important for me. No problem at all - able to work and have all of my video conference smoothly. The house is perfectly situated - closed to downtown Nevada City. Love all the trees view from all of windows of the house. The host is available when we texted her for a question and she checked in with us couple days later to ensure everything is OK. We will come back to stay here again next time.
