Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath home by park

Nice place to stay that was only 2 min from work. Sold our home and needed a place to stay till we drive up north to sign on new home. The hosts were great. House was nice and clean. Highly recommend this place. If we come back to visit family, may use this one again.

Their house was just perfect for our needs! Quiet street. Safe location. Close commute to Largo, St Pete and everywhere we needed to go in the Bay area. The hosts were helpful and super responsive:) The home was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. 10/10!!

Great location, loved the neighborhood, right by a beautiful park. The house was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Great water pressure. Great hosts. Would recommend.

We stayed here while working in the area. It was located conveniently 7 min from where we were working. The hosts were very responsive and worked with us for same-day check-in. It is a nice neighborhood, located very close to a dog park as well. I would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was very nice and clean. Good location. The owners are great. There was one small issue with the pass code, but they took care of it right away. I would definitely rent from them again.

We had an excellent stay at this home. It has a lot of space for our family of 6 and our dog. The owners are great and on top of communication, even over the holidays. If you stay here and you run into an issue you need to communicate with them and they will do their best to rectify any issues. One of the walk-up entrances for Eagle Lake Park is literally at the end of the block and around the corner. It has a great waking trails. Furniture is lacking in a few areas, like dressers, but this did not cause us any issues. We also brought some small, individual folding tables for our kids to setup their laptops, because it didn't look like much table space in the pictures. Internet was solid, but not the fastest. We will definitely look to stay here again if we have another opportunity in that area.

My Mom and I stayed here for 40 days during the process of relocating to Clearwater. The home we nestled in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the Eagle Lake Park which offers walking trails for your pets and paved trails for roller blading/skating, biking etc. Close to the ocean (6 miles) and close to shopping, etc. I would suggest they check all of the lights and light switches as there were lights that did not work and some switches were off to what you would expect. The ceiling fan in the master is powered by the light for the closet??? We never were able to have lights on in the Garage and back yard. Thank you!
