Stayed Jun 12, 2024Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house may have been clean, but the problems with this property were unacceptable. The rental supposedly included a golf cart, but it was a piece of junk – constantly backfiring and lacking power. We had to rent a new one for the week, costing us an extra $187.00.We also paid $50.00 for our resident card, yet when we went to pick it up, there was no record of it, forcing us to shell out another $50.00.The biggest issue was the beds – they were absolutely atrocious. It felt like sleeping on a concrete slab. To add to the misery, there was no toilet paper in the house. Nowhere in the contract did it mention the air conditioning would be locked off, making it unbearably hot during the day.Given the malfunctioning golf cart and the atrocious beds, I would strongly advise against renting from this company.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023This property was fantastic! Extremely clean, very well appointed and excellent location. We were disappointed we only had two weeks to spend here. The lanai was the perfect spot for morning coffee, the bed was comfortable and having a golf cart to use was an added bonus! We would absolutely rent this property again.

Landlord was accommodating when we needed pots and pans replaced due to wear.

Everything was as described and the pictures are completely accurate! Really nice neighbors (non-intrusive) and excellent location. Would have rented again for next year if the lease would had been ready when we were.

So when we saw it available again this year, we booked it right away. It has everything needed for great stay, and is located near a grocery story, a great BBQ restaurant and soon-to-be McDonald's. It is also a convenient golf car ride to Edna's and Brownwood. I would definitely recommend this home!
