Reviewer Comments: We stayed there the whole month of May.The villa was the right choice for us because it is right in the middle of the Villages between Sumter and Brownwood and the next pool is just around the corner !!The house was almost perfect, just the coffee machine was broken and the faucet of the kitchen sink was wobbling...The Golf Cart was a big plus but it needs new tires and maintenance !Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend the villa as well as the property management company !

The house we stayed in was in a great location. Close to the pool, shopping and restaurants. The golf cart was a huge plus for getting around. The Villages app was also very helpful getting around. I will definitely go back!

Internet/TV was a total disaster. Tv shows, sporting events etc suffered from constant buffering and freezing up. That is the only negative I have to say but, it was a deal breaker for us for future rental at this villa.
