Beautiful 2 Story Right by the Canals & Ocean View Belmont Shore With Spa

Home was exactly as advertised . We placed the Grandma in the bedroom downstairs and had three en-suite bedrooms ( 2 couples and one room for the 4 children ). Would definitely stay here again because Long Beach is so central and the home is located in a neighborhood that is just a short stroll to the Belmont Shore neighborhood.

Perhaps I missed it in the listing details or reviews but there are no spices (even salt/pepper) at the house. So if you plan to cook plan accordingly. Would stay here again.

Great stay for our large family. Parking with a big vehicle was a challenge but there is sufficient space in front of you block the driveway which was never an issue. Impressive wow factor when first entering the house and discovering all the rooms, bathrooms, and amenities! Highlight for us was how many (3) of the bedrooms had ensuite bathroom with showers, a lifesaver, especially when everyone needs to clean up at once and the hot water didn't let us down. Communication was good, we did run out of toilet paper on the last day and picked up a pack at the local CVS, but no major issues at all. Our family used the house as home base for a week and it performed very well. Thanks to the hosts!

This was a disappointing VRBO rental experience. After I checked out, within 24 hours I received an email from the insurance company that a claim for property damage was filed in my name. I was blinded-sided. I disputed this claim with the host, Back and forth, back and forth. What a disappointing way to conclude what was a pleasant vacation. I will only recall the terrible interactions with the host. What a nuisance. To me, nothing else matters.

This place was beautiful as were the surroundings and location. Definitely would stay there again.

The garage is a smaller than expected and would only fit a Ford Edge at an angle. Other than the house was perfect and the host was responsive to all inquires, making the check in and check out process seamless.

The house was really cool. The pictures live up to the actually house. We had our team stay there and they all loved it. I would stay again.

Property was clean and well kept and host answered our inquiries ASAP.

Overall the house is beautiful but no view to the canal or shore. Location is nice and walkable to the beach.

Our family of 11 including 4 generations had a wonderful stay. Quiet neighborhood, great location. We loved walking the canals in the evening and jogging them early in the morning. We had 3 vehicles, 2 explorers and an escape and were able to handle parking with no problem which is sometimes difficult when we all travel together. We also brought 2 e-bikes which we used almost everyday, but note we did not ride along the canals with them, that path is not conducive to bikes. It was in walking distance to many restaurants as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s which came in handy. The weather was wonderful as we wanted to escape Phx for a week so it was a welcome change. Please note I gave 4 stars for communication as we did have difficulty communicating which I was told was due to VRBO’s messaging system having issues which was no fault of the host but was inconvenient.
